The pump had a light as well which I liked.It only worked for four months and now needs replacing again.Is it better to buy a new cat fountain or just buy another new pump !The pumps don't seem very robust.

Doesn’t come with a three pin plug so you have to get a plug with a computer connection socket. Also, it has a short cable with a bulb attached which you may not want. Other than that it’s ok.

I bought this to replace the original pump in my cat drinking fountain. It is very quiet and pumps the water very well. I thought the light was a bit strange but it actually looks nice on a night and means you can see the water level from any angle. You can't hear the pump at all, just a very slight noise of trickling water.

As the title suggests, I am very disappointed by this purchase. I bought this to replace my cat’s water fountain pump, which lasted for a good 2 years.This one didn’t even last 3 months, I bought it end of Jan!! I didn’t even keep it on continuously and it just stopped working a few days ago. It didn’t even come with a power plug, I had to steal another device’s power supply to be able to use this. Luckily I had a spare one that I could use.Safe to say, I won’t be buying this again to replace my pump

Stopped working after less than a year. Boguht to replace the one that came with my cat fountain. Should have just bought another fountain.

easily cleaned, very quiet and you can see when the water needs topping up. Our dog loves it. Definitely recommend.

my cats loves this fountain, so this pump is an essential item, nice to see you can buy replacements rather then re buying the whole item

Great pump for my cat fountain, I wasn’t aware that it had a blue light attached. This is an added extra and I love the way it lights up at night and the water level can be easily seen.
