I installed this a couple of days ago, and I'm really impressed with its performance. The dusk to dawn feature works flawlessly - it automatically turns on at sunset and off at sunrise, which saves energy and gives me peace of mind knowing my driveway is covered all night. The motion sensor is surprisingly sensitive and picks up movement from a good distance. I love that it brightens when it detects motion and then dims back down after a set time. This has been perfect for deterring any unwanted visitors while also being convenient when I'm coming home late. Installation was straightforward, even for someone like me with basic DIY skills. The instructions were clear, and it mounted securely to my garage wall. The build quality feels solid and weather-resistant - we've had several rainstorms since installation and it's held up perfectly with no issues.

I’ve been using this light for a couple of days and im quite impressed with the durability of it considering how much it’s been raining since I installed it. It was quite easy to follow the instructions that came with it. The level of light and brightness is pretty good. Dusk to dawn feature works incredibly well. It automatically turns on at sunset and off at sunrise. Motion sensor also picks up pretty fast and distant. I really like all of the features and I would say I got it for a good price. Satisfied customer :).

I love how low wattage these are while still providing more than ample light. There are a lot of available angles you can move the lights into, horizontal or negative orientation (but wait for the negatives...). I didn't check the power usage on "auto" mode where it stays dim and only goes full brightness on motion detection but I like the feature and would like that for a front door type use case. I think these have some flaws as well though. First the shape of the light itself and the subsequent gasket does not align to any US standard electrical boxes. If you had a flush mounted light box then sure this might be OK but that's not up to any outdoor code. The device fits any standard weatherproof box awkwardly (minus 1 star). Secondly the build quality isn't great -- not that I expected it but one of the light arms broke where it is screwed together while swiveling it. I frowned and just taped/zipped it together (minus 1 star -- it broke under normal usage). I also think the motion detection is pretty touchy. I'm up for this being the fault of my use case -- our garage and house corner is close to the street -- but in order to keep it from constantly tripping I had to tape off part of the motion detector and I basically pointed it straight down. But then it didn't seem to trip as predictably. I just wish there was a more data centric way to calibrate the motion detection when you have a sensitive area you are trying to dial in correctly. I'm sure all these economy lights use the same electronics here so I doubt this is limited to this sensor (minus 2 stars). The low power draw while still having good features and bright lighting AT THIS PRICE have me recommending it BUT if I buy another one I will look for another design with a round shaped bracket that will fit a standard weatherproof box less awkwardly. Hopefully this could be addressed in the next version of this light.

I bought this light because of the ability to always be on at a reduced brightness and then go to full brightness based on motion. This combined with the dusk-til-dawn feature made it just what I wanted. At the time that I purchased this item it was hard to find lights with the always on at reduced brightness paired with dusk-til-dawn. Both of these things function perfectly on this unit. The light was easy to install with the included hardware as long as your wires are long enough. Motion detection is great in my backyard. It seems very sensitive. I was a little disappointed when the timing knob broke off after 2 months, but I contacted customer service and they sent me a new unit within a few days. Their customer service is top notch! The customer service alone would make me want to purchase another product from them when I am in the market for a flood light. I would rate the light overall at 3.8, but the customer service kicks it up to 5 stars for sure.

After several instances of 'lurkers' in my neighborhood wanted to get a better lighted deterrent without annoying the neighbors with super-bright, all night lighting. This does the trick. Easy to install in the existing porchlight junction box. Took about 15 minutes. That has a wall switch so didn't need to secure power at the breaker panel. The AUTO function works as advertised. On DIM at dusk, BRIGHT when motion is detected and back to Dim after a minute of no motion (this timing is easily 'dialable' to your preference). OFF at dawn. The DIM is wonderful. Bright enough to illuminate the immediate porch area but subtle enough not to annoy the neighbors across the street. When motion is detected the BRIGHT kicks in and definitely gets your attention! It is white and bright. The sensor and three light panels has a wide range of adjustability. The sensor can be 'aimed' to detect either far or closer-in. I use it closer-in so it picks up on my walkway but not passing cars on the street. The light panels put the lighting where you need it. I bought two and the second will go on my back porch soon. The only consideration is it needs an electrical power source. I also have several solar panel lights for locations with no convenient electrical source nearby. Very happy with the purchase.

**** BOTTOM-LINE UPDATE: September 4, 2022 (7 months) **** Worst product I have purchased in years. Do not buy these as you will need to replace after 6 months or so. Seller sent me extras and even credited me $50, but I am tired of climbing the ladder to replace them. ZERO STARS - KEEP SEARCHING AND DON'T BUY THESE! **** Original Review **** I purchased four units and couldn't install them right away but did get three installed before the 90-day warranty expired and good thing - one of the unit's sensitivity switches wouldn't work properly and spun without a stop, preventing me from taking it out of test mode. I swapped the fourth one out for the faulty unit and called the Amazon Seller - EMANER. They were helpful and quick to replace the unit with a new one in a few days. The replacement unit's location is waiting for the electrical inspection so I can't install it yet. I hope it works. The other three units have been installed for a few weeks, and I now see they are not as advertised. I am unable to turn the sensitivity down on the two lights on the front corners of the house. My home sits back from the road over 100 feet yet every time a car goes by, both lights come on. The product description stated "Coverage 25-50ft". This is very frustrating. The third unit is installed at the back corner of the house, covering the driveway to the garage, and works just fine and I was able to adjust the sensitivity. A few minor items: 1. I ordered the black fixtures to go against my dark-bronze soffit and unfortunately, the black units come with a white gasket which looks ridiculous. I will have to purchase black gaskets for myself and cut to shape. 2. The mount is flush with the sides so if you used an old-work electrical box to install, the light doesn't sit snug against the soffit. More custom gasket work. 3. The two-piece mount was ⁷a great idea but poorly executed. It doesn't fit together as well as one would like, especially when you're 12 feet up on a ladder trying to install. Lots of wrangling to get it to align and lock/unlock. :-( **** UPDATE: May 3, 2022 (one week) **** I contacted the Amazon Seller - EMANER and described my situation where the lights are activated by motion that is well outside of the advertised maximum distance of 70 feet (I stated "25-50ft" above and the seller corrected me, stating that metric described the lighted area coverage) and they sent me two new lights. They again arrived quickly and I installed them. Unfortunately, the replacements also detect motion that is over 100 feet away. Again, these lights install in less than 15 minutes, are very bright, position well, and detect motion/daylight well. They are just too sensitive and detect motion well beyond the stated maximum distance. You can't adjust the sensitivity so you either have to point the sensor away or toward the ground, or cover it with white tape - yes, that's what the seller suggested, I should cover it with tape :-) **** UPDATE: May 12, 2022 (two more weeks) **** These lights check 4 out of 5 boxes; 1. Exceptional customer service (even outside of 90-day warranty), going above and beyond to remedy my challenges. 2. Very easy to install, 5-10 minutes once you get the old lights down. The two-piece assembly is a great idea. Wire the lightweight base up and attach to the electrical box (or use Molly anchors), snap on the main body, and insert and tighten one screw. I saw where one reviewer took an hour to install this - just not possible to have that much difficulty. I’m sorry, but you’d have to fall off the ladder and come back in 50 minutes to take that long. 3. Lights are bright and great coverage - wide and far across a deep backyard. 4. Dusk-to-dawn sensor works as one would expect. 5. Motion detection is the fail. If there is a road in the direction that you point your sensor, it will detect vehicles passing, well beyond the 70-foot distance listed. It won’t detect a person walking at that distance but …

Great outdoor spotlights! Automatically turn on at dusk, and turn off at dawn. Motion sensor increases light intensity. Adjustments allow for motion sensitivity and length of light intensity. Great price for a pair of light fixtures, each of which have two spotlight.

This item is all PLASTIC !!! . It says to connect the ground wire from the light to the mounting plate, but there is no ground wire coming from the light, so a little hard to connect it DUH. Is NOT EASY to install. POOR DESIGN !!!!. Brightness is just OK, not great. Would recommend a light with more lumens, only 1800lm. Sensitivity is good. Works as designed so far. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LIGHT.
