Iron Smart 60 vegetarian capsules

Been taking these for a couple years and it took a while to see a difference because I was so depleted. My hair is growing back and not falling out as much - more like normal amount instead of those terrifying handfuls a day and I have a bit more energy . Also the dark circles under my eyes are not as prominent. I don't get any stomach issues from these either which is great.

First iron pills I’ve tried, no side effects in the first few days which is a good sign! I’ve taken them both with food or on a empty stomach and it was fine both ways - no irritation etc. Overall happy with these so far, as far as energy levels go, I’ll wait for couple of weeks first before commenting on the difference.
