I have had a noticeable burst of energy upon taking these supplements. Perfect size, and no side effects. However, I was noticeably nauseous the first day of taking them.

Just started using it.

I'm taking this product to improve immune support for Rheumatoid arthritis. There are no harmful ingredients, it's the best form of zinc and it's made in the USA. It takes time (I usually allow up to 90 days) to see full results from natural products, but, so far, I am pleased with this supplement and definitely recommend product and sellers. I will continue to use this product in lieu of others I've been using because I am very pleased with the purity.

For me it's not as good as the non-chelated more popular formulations of zinc gluconate. It's almost as if it is absorbing too much. I have trouble sleeping more than 4 hrs at night after taking it in the daytime.

Just received today but took one this afternoon and what I LOVE already is that this brand did not upset my stomach causing nausea! I have NEVER been able to take zinc supplements, especially on an empty stomach, due to the intense nausea I feel. I was somewhat nervous to order this product, hoping I would be able to keep it and utilize the supplement. I'm pretty sure it's a keeper! I will update after a couple more weeks of supplementation :)

So happy I found this! We take zinc at the first sign of a cold, and it really helps. However, the zinc I was buying at the supermarket was chalky and hard to swallow to the point that we nearly preferred the colds to taking the zinc. PCNL zinc has a smooth coating that makes it easy to swallow. It's the only zinc I'll buy.

It helps my acne, but it doesn't clear it out completely. Not sure if will continuew to buy. Maybe with continue use will work better.
