I take 2 of these capsules each morning along with green matcha and spiralina. I can feel a burst of energy shortly after. Love them!

This stuff has been AMAZING. I am not a fan of caffeine but was needing more energy to make it through work a full and part time job everyday and than coming home and taking care of my 2 year old.
