Works great!
my hair was feeling like dry hay. I had terrible frizz and didn’t know what to do. After extensive research I learned what I was missing and this shampoo and conditioner combo was one of the top rated within my price range. After the first 2 washes I was shocked at how different my hair felt. Brushing in the shower was much easier, less breakage, and super soft. Smells great, doesn’t feel heavy, and works quick.

Overall Good Shampoo-With One Drawback.
This shampoo is very moisturizing in my experience. It's a bit spendy, but buying the large size helps with that. The one drawback with the formulation is that it doesn't lather as well as commercial shampoos. But this may be a fair tradeoff for being Lauryl & Laureth Sulfate free.

Dreamy aroma (from a sensitive sniffer)
This is a nice creamy, yet highly lathering shampoo. It is very moisturizing. Some of our curly hairs like it, but one of us doesn't need this much moisture (it's very moisturizing). The smell is divine, even when I have a migraine, which says a lot. I can tell it's quality, non-toxic fragrance. I will buy again happily.

Disappointing
Well, this shampoo smells incredible and lather nicely, the conditioner did nothing for long, thick, curly hair tangles like Pantene smooth does

The best non chemical shampoo brand
I love Giovanni hair products as they have no noxious chemicals in them. This large size pump dispenser works out quite a bit cheaper than buying the 8.5 oz bottles. I like the soft as silk shampoo and conditioner when my hair is drier as it is quite moisturizing.
