NB: I cannot confirm whether or not it is waterproof, or shockproof, as I have not tested that yet, but I assume it will protect the phone as it should.However, I have still found the case very useful. While I’m out and about, I have to wipe/sanitise my phone more often (as we all have to nowadays) and I worry about damaging my phone (either with the wipes themselves, or by dropping it during cleaning), but as the case covers the whole phone, I can wipe/sanitise the case as often as necessary, while the phone is protected inside and I don’t have to worry about dropping the phone, as the case has a handy strap that I can wrap around my wrist.The touch screen works well, but if you have already added a screen protector to your phone (e.g. like those tempered glass ones that you stick to the screen) the instructions state that you need to remove any screen protectors (that you have added), before you install the waterproof case. Luckily I didn’t add a screen protector to my phone, so I didn’t have to worry about that.

Feels nice and solid, fits the phone well and looks ok. Haven’t tried the phone underwater, but it has been splashed a bit and seems fine. Was considering buying a more expensive brand name phone case but glad I didn’t in the end. Only complaint is maybe that the ringer on/off toggle button doesn’t seem to work in the case, but given that I don’t use it this doesn’t matter to me.

Strong and secure and waterproof. I would probably not buy this cover again it’s little on the heavy side and it’s doesn’t fit easily in my pocket (not the fault of the case)because it’s waterproof I have difficulty opening the stopper when I need to charge it

This is the second time I have bought this product. I previously bought one about 2 to 3 years back. Really good. Touch screen is sensitive, protection is first class and it is really water resistant. When the Charing port cover is closed it can be showered with water without a problem.

I have mixed feelings about this product. It’s supposed to be waterproof, dust proof and shock proof. I bought it after my phone barely survived an expensive repair due to my little boys being too rough with it. So far, the phone feels more sturdy and protected in the case.The disadvantage is that when the phone case is on, the volume of the phone is very very quiet and people I FaceTime to can’t get a clear sound. So, I end up taking the phone out for social calls or when I’m listening to music or lectures on my phone.I worry taking it out more often may lead to its getting damaged. But I can’t hear the sound clearly in the case.So, good for the kids and moderating the sound of phone games(!) but not useful for Face Time and when I’m using my phone.

I love that the case came with wipes to clean off the phone, it fit snugly on my phone and touch screen is wonderful and is very responsive within the case. I have not tried it underwater or made any phone calls yet. My old case no one could hear me on a phone call in the case so I’m hoping this will be better. The case comes with a kickstand which is great and very convenient. I can’t wait to test the durability and water resistance! I tend to be clumsy so having the wrist string is great so I won’t drop the phone in the pool.

Purchased this waterproof case for iPhone 7 but the fact it is designed as waterproof means the speaker at the bottom is muffled when you speak so people can’t hear what you say. It might look good but it is as useful as a chocolate teapot.

I've had various cases and screen protectors for my iPhone over the years. Most of the time the screen protectors either make the screen less responsive or no matter how hard you try get bubbles under them.After seeing the negative reviews on here, I didn't expect much from this case. However it is easily the best case and protector I have had. The screen works exactly the same as it does without a protector on and the case feels really solid. Already dropped my phone, so I know it works
