I use this for so many things. Sometimes adding it to spaghetti sauce, using it in a lot of beef & chicken recipes, even as a condiment with certain egg dishes, especially omelettes. Absolutely delicious and full of flavor.

Sofrito almost as good as my mom's used to make
It is great in beans and stew. After I open the bottle and use it the first time, I freeze the rest in an old ice tray. That way it keeps longer than at the refrigerator.
