So I’ve been struggling ever since my last baby with hormones being a little crazy and out of wack. My baby is 2 now and was still feeling crazy. My periods where happening every 2 weeks and I didn’t know what was going on. Got these and in just a month everything has gone back to normal. My periods are totally normal again so whatever is in them my body likes it. I recommend giving them a try if your not feeling like yourself and a little out of wack.

I bought this product to induce my menstrual and regulate My menstrual. However, I’m on my week number 3 and thus far nothing yet in that area. All I’ve noticed is my breast increasing size and that could be the Milk Thistel working :/ And I don’t want bigger breast therefore I will not be taking these supplements anymore. These supplements are more for women use after birth. It would also help women make a better choice in purchases if they break down the MG or DV of each ingredient on the bottle. There’s seems to be a high level of Milk Thistle and not Dong Quai in this product. So ladies please be warned!

The Novacare hormone balancing supplement capsules I was normally taking for the past 6 months have been discontinued for some strange reason so I needed to find a new brand. I decided to try this brand based on reviews and the ingredients thinking it would be fine but it wasn't. The first two days I took the suggested dosage I took them in the morning. Both nights I had horrible insomnia where my body felt like it had way too much energy. I don't ever normally have this problem when I sleep and nothing else had changed in my diet or daily routine so I knew it was the new hormonal supplement. I had the same problem with another brand in a liquid form as well but I had simply thought the liquid form was maybe too strong so I went back to trying a hormonal supplement in a capsule form. I tried one more day of the capsules for a total of three days and stopped them completely because the insomnia was ridiculous. It's been two weeks since taking them and I'm still dealing with insomnia but it's getting better. I've checked the dosage of the herbs compared to the Novacare brand and realized this company uses a potency that is 3 times stronger so maybe this is why my body reacted so differently. Just be aware that dosage can also have a big impact.

This has been a life saver in so many ways. I was looking for all of these ingredients separately, which can get really costly. This is the perfect supplement for what I need and for loads less.

I just got it, but so far I'm satisfied with the product quality. It's a great price and arrived quickly, on time.

Has a funny chemical taste not sure if that’s good and they smell awful.

This is STRONG you can taste the herbs through the capsule. Have juice on hand to get rid of taste.
