The material seems pleasant and pliable to the skin. I suspect it is the same or similar to the material used to craft onaholes. I have used metal testicle weights before, but would not wear such to work due to testicles slipping out or screw popping out. This, however, is much more reliable. It is almost unnoticeable, and I have worn it to work.The downside is that like an onahole, the material gets deformed. After one week mine has scrunched much shorter and wider, barely providing any stretch on the testicles. If you are hoping to permanently grow your scrotum longer, this product is not the ultimate solution. Metal weights will be necessary, though before using metal testicle rings, you could use this for a week to get your scrotum a little stretched out.

Works like a charm. But could only mage to get 1 ball in. Using all my strength to stretch it.

A bit tricky to get on, but, once in place, it feels incredible. Probably good for staring out but ultimately more stretch will be needed.

They are nice and work well. But they stretch out to quickly. Then the circumference ends up so stretched out they don’t work as well.

I love the consistency of the elastic, but would like one with (longer/lower) hanging length for pulling testicals lower.

It fits around the ballls nicely but it tends to rip about 2-3 weeks in. Also be sure to lube it up before putting it on.

The more you use it ,it gets easier to get on.
