I had a wonderful pup who in the end of her life developed cancer. She became incontinent and had accidents of both 1&2 in the house. The #2 was very dark and left a mark in the carpet after cleaning with another carpet cleaner. I ordered this and with two swipes of the cleaner, the stain was gone. It worked well for me with stains, but definitely did not remove the urine smell. I used a different cleaner for cleaning the urine. I miss my little girl and am grateful the Rug Dr offered this product to help us in her last few months. ...sigh...

I bought this to replace a carpet cleaner product from a name brand company that wasn't doing a good job cleaning. I am satisfied with this because I saw that it deep cleaned whereas its predecessor did not. I plan on buying more in the future.

Not really sure how to read it I bought it in connection with a carpet cleaning machine the machine would not suck up a drop of water so I quickly returned it and they gladly refunded my money what a great company to do business with

It works really well. I have a Yorkie and sometimes she misses and pees on rug. I shampoo whenever necessary. Stores are too expensive for ccatpet shampoos
