The media could not be loaded.  This vest is great! My dog is about 47 lbs and a bulldog/boxer mix. He’s got a HEAVY butt and always sinks when trying to swim without a vest. This goes on easily. I love the locking snap clasps. It’s very adjustable. And he can run, walk, jump, pee and poop with it on. It keeps him afloat and he swims for hours. It has a great handle on top of you need it to lift a dog in and out.My dog is in a size large. He’s 11 months old.But he loves that he can stay above water and swim with the kids. Get this vest!! It’s a great purchase and keeps your dog safe!

XS is a PERFECT fit for a 7lb puppy! This life jacket is secure, extremely sturdy and well built. We use it to take the pup out on boats in Chicago and it suits him well. Doesn’t make the little guy overheat, extremely lightweight so he can still move around easily— and best of all, IT FLOATS! (As expected and hoped for)

Love it! Sooo cute and fit so well. Pup was confused at first but learned to love it. Quality is great and the handle is a huge plus.

When I first put this on my dog, he was really unsure of what was happening. It kind of reminded me or when a cat has a sweater on, and they have no clue how to move. That was my dog.He wasn't super happy that he had clothes on, but he warmed up to it after he got in the pool. He had been in the pool one time before without the life vest, and he was scared of the water. He was breathing heavily while swimming and wouldn't just relax.I put this vest on him for a new swimming chapter, and he did really well. He won't jump into the pool, but he will climb down the stairs and swim around. He actually played with his frisbee this time in the pool! He was swimming around for a long time and would float at other times. He wasn't as tired when he was done, and he was swimming for a longer amount of time.His confidence definitely grew when he was wearing this. I actually had to fight to get him out of the pool because it was starting to thunder and lightning. He simply did not want to get out.I love this product and how it has helped my sweet dog gain confidence! 10/10 recommend!Also for referencr, my dog is a German Shepherd and Catahoula Leopard Dog mix weighing about 65 pounds. It held him perfectly and actually the fur on his back was barely wet after seeing for a long time. Stylish, funny, confidence building, durable, and water resident! Love love love!

I have a 65lb Belgian Mallinois Pitbull mix who has very mixed feelings about the water. I bought this because she’s been venturing more and more into the water at the beach and I was worried about her safety. I took her on a walk with the vest first to try to get her comfortable in it and within 20 minutes, the piece of plastic that you’re supposed to clip your leash on got ripped off. The stitching on that section of the vest should be stronger because if I was crossing the street or in a busier area this could have been very dangerous. I took her to the river a few days later and put the vest on over a harness I have for her And clipped her to that instead of the vest which I would recommend to anyone now knowing how flimsy the strap holding the piece on is. As for floatation, it helped her float better than she would without, but I wish it would have helped her float a little bit more so she would be less worried about her head dipping half under the water occasionally. Overall though, it increased her confidence in the water by the end of the day as she was coming in and out of the river by herself knowing she wouldn’t drown. The handle also made it easier to pick her up if needed while hiking to the shore
