Taste ace, great value
Great tasting , dissolve quickly. I use these after I have had a workout at the gym & a sauna. Been using for 2 years and seem to help with my immune system too as not been ill

Nice taste and good for training
I had bought these from Sainsburys and very expensive. Amazon offers at a cheaper price and on subscription (which can be amended in future if needed). I use these for the gym, to replace salts etc. They are great.

Good stuff
Does the job re hydration but taste not great. Also confused about how long after phizzing you should consume just says 24h. Is it OK to drink immediately?

Very expensive for what it is
Apple and blackcurrant? It tastes like it was maybe transported in a lorry next to some apples and black currents. What it does taste like is every dissolved tablet I've ever had. It's not unbearable, but certainly not delicious. Found no noticable different between this and the likes of berocca etc which can usually be found as a much lower price point. Also of note, this recommends 2 tablets per serving which increases the cost per serving massively. I would not buy again

Relaxing to drink
These are great for me personally. No they are not cheap but it's an individual thing. The taste is really lovely and it's up to you how much water you dissolve it in. I do a pint on work days and a half on other days depending how strong I want the flavour. Just to say though I also find these relaxing and comforting. On a busy race day I can get very buzzy in my head and these really help to keep a clear head.. give them a try...

Hangover miracle
As far as miracle cures go. I’ve found these to be the closest. Works best if you take them in advance. So the morning before you drink, before bed (if your not to intoxicated to remember), then the morning of the hangover.Obviously won’t do anything if you finish off a bottle of vodka before bed.I just take them daily anyway so your at your best for the day.
