Ask yourselves, how many negative reviews have been removed because of this practice?REVIEW: This battery case is not MFi-certified and frequently triggers the "Accessory might not be supported" message on my iPhone. When that message pops up, the phone and case stop charging. I contacted the company HOSTECH, they assured me that this happens very rarely and sent me a replacement. The second case acts exactly the same way. I plug in every night and wake up the next morning to find a phone that is almost completely dead. This case isn't reliable which makes it unusable.

I’ve had many battery cases for my iPhone and this one is by far, the best. It’s easy to install and remove your phone when need be. There are no parts to lose and it utilizes the iPhone lighting cable so there are is no extra cable to purchase. It’s durable and one small but important detail I really like is that the inside of the case has a layer of felt so there is no fear of scratching the back of your phone as you slide it in or out. After approximately one month of use is that I have found the lighting cable port isn’t as well built as I had hoped. When I plug the cord in to charge the case, I find that I need to find the right spot so it will charge. Shift the case a bit and the charging stops. It’s intermittent. If the company begins to make a more durable lighting port, this case would be the best that I’ve ever owned.

This phone case works great! You no longer need to carry your phone cord with you if your case is fully charge. I can get at least 2 charges out of it before I have to plug it into the wall charger. Which usually is a day and half, but that is depending on how much you stay on your phone. It is a little heavier than your average phone case, but yet durable. I had my phone on the kitchen counter and accidentally knocked it off and my phone was completely protected!! My phone hit hard on the floor but it did not crack my screen or destroy my phone! Which is amazing!! Would I buy this product again or recommend to family/friends? Yes! I most definitely will!

Ordered for my IPhone 7plus. Case fits great on phone, but will not charge the phone. Amazon was great and sent me a replacement quickly, but the issue was the same on the second. There are no instructions to troubleshoot also.

I really like this charger case for many reasons, except that it stopped working after 6 weeks! It provides great protection for the phone, and it recharges the phone quickly. BUT, after 6 weeks, the connection to the phone became problematic. Every time I wanted to plug in a charger cord, I had to remove the phone from the case,and reinsert the phone,then it would connect and start to charge. Did not make a difference which cord I used. The same cord would charge only if I reinserted the phone. This case was never dropped or damaged in any way. Be aware that after the 30 day return window, Amazon refers you to the Chinese manufacturer's web-site for an email request for a warranty replacement form. Customer support reviews of this company's web-site are very poor. I will be looking for a different case.

The case itself has a pretty soft texture to it but it feels like great quality. They really nailed it with the quality on the case itself. Now the battery is the reason why I bought this product and I love it. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and it charges my phone from 0-100 REAL REAL QUICK. Sometimes it gives me more than 100%. Would I recommend to others? Of course I would, I'd like for this company in the future to one day release a white case.

I love this, and would have given it five stars except for one slight flaw: it doesn't fit in my phone holder in my car because of it's thickness. The other flaw is that the charging port is too deep - meaning that any cord you plug into the charger can come loose easily when connected. That being said, I have been buying charger cases for years and love the one-piece structure. The top is soft rubber so it can be easily removed when I need to connect it to my car.

This case is great! This is the second one I've purchased. Gave my first one to my son. Very easy to install and remove on your phone, Just slips right in. Never had a problem with charging or having the battery die from no use. Really gives me peace of mind when I'm traveling and I do not have to worry about finding an outlet or my phone dying from GPS use while I'm driving in a different part of the country.Has saved me many of times. Will definitely use this one agin when the time comes when I need another one.
