Cutting spinach/kale or any other leafs are always tricky.* You can wash every thing in the bowl and then cut it as you want.* You can rotate the bowl so multiple cuts make it smaller and thats easy for kids.* Plastic quality is good.* Easy to clean after use.

What can I say, absolutely love this. The lid/cutting shell fits over the food onto the cutting board perfectly. I do recommend watching how high you lift the cutting shell to be sure not to release your food. Reason I keep saying food is because this works with fruit also if you angle your knife right. I'm so thrilled to have this in my kitchen because this makes it easier to make salads and much faster in my opinion. This is a kitchen item that everyone should own.

My bodybuilder husband uses this to add cabbage and other greens to his prepared meals. It’s a great time saver and it’s easy to clean!

Only good for a head of iceberg lettuce. We like other lettuces better and they don’t cut well with this tool.
