First of all, these gummy vitamins taste good and are easy to take! I don't need a glass of water nearby or worry about whether to take them with/without food. I have always had fast growing hair and nails, so I wasn't sure how I would notice the benefits, but I have noticed two things over the last couple of weeks: One - My fast growing nails weren't chipping or breaking as easily. In addition, I noticed that I was sleeping through the night consistently. I thought it was a coincidence, but I forgot to take them one day and had a very restless night's sleep after. These gummies taste great and are made in the USA. They pack a ton of vitamins outside of just traditional hair vitamins. Taking these gummies has actually improved my overall vitamin regimen as I can't wait to take my vitamins. These are just as good as SugarBearHair and more affordable!

They taste great. I like that they are vegetarian and gelatin free. I wish it was a bit cheaper and more affordable though. I have been taking them for about 2 months now. I usually take 1 a day, instead of 2. but I can really tell that they work, because I play violin and need to keep my finger nails short because of it. before taking these I was clipping my nails every 2 to 3 weeks, but ever since I started taking these vitamins my nails have been growing a lot faster! so now I have to clip my nails once or twice a week! and also I noticed my nails are now thicker too! I think my hair has been growing faster too, but I cant tell for sure because I didn't measure it.
