HICA seems to really help with DOMS
Love this stuff. My gains have always suffered due to my lack of sleep but the HICA seems to help my recovery compared to plain old BCAAs. Only complaint is that the Pineapple is sold out. Please bring that back (as well as the 800 gram tubs) !

DONT waste your money
When I ran out of my favorite pre workout ( pure pump) I opted to try something new while I reordered Purepump. The clerk at my local supplement store recommended Supernova. I couldn't believe how SWEET it was and found it difficult to even swallow based on the sugar content. during my workout I felt absolutely no effect at all and while using it for 3 days I observed my energy level really low after workouts... So noy only did it not perform as advertised it actually made me lethargic for the 3 days that I took it, TRASHING IT RIGHT NOW...
