I liked how small and easy to install these were. The directions are generic and a bit confusing for the program process but was able to figure it out. Only issue I have is that it doesn't work all the time. I've moved the chime box closer thinking it was too far and have changed batteries a few times. Just doesn't pick up the signal sometimes.

I have only been using this for a few days. The volume control is nice to have for the times I am away from my desk. It is very easy to install. It has many different tune to choose from.

Need to keep the base close to to sensor to work properly.

I bought this door chime or my business. It was very easy to install and worked great for 2 months. Then It stopped chiming. I contacted the company and they responded the next day. They sent me a video link on changing the batteries. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. After letting them know they sent me a replacement. The new one works great. The first unit must have be faulty to begin with as it only chimed once when the door was opened. The new one chimes twice. Thanks Ken for your quick response. I would differently buy from this company again.

I can scroll through the different tunes but it won't stay on the one I set. After holding the "set" button for 5 seconds I don't get a ding-dong and flashing light . Instead, I get garbled static and a flashing light and it reverts to the default tune. I should have bought a higher quality unit.

I used to use a motion sensor but everything made it go off--this has benn SOOOOO MUCH BETTER. I have the receiver about 50 ft away thru 2 walls and it goes off every time the door opens. Took a little bit to program/pair the chime I wanted (15 min), but it was probably just me. VERY happy with this and a great value for us small business owners.

This door chime works like a charm and is so easy to setup!I put it in the front of my store and now I always know when customers walk in. There are many tones, rings, alarms, and songs on it and it’s adjustable volume gets very loud.I’d recommend this product to anyone who needs to be alerted every time a door needs opened.

Worked for a little while. Then quit. Replaced battery, worked again for about a month now not working again. I guess for the money it was fine since it was inexpensive.
