Buen libro, pero necesita una pronta actualización
Excelente libro. Aún desactualizado para nuestros tiempos. Las ventas son y seguirán siendo la mejor forma de obtener más ingresos y crecer profesionalmente, por ende es una habilidad que es preciso masterizar, pero de igual forma, actualizar constantemente. Sobre todo adaptándonos con la nueva tecnologÃa, nuevas tendencias y nuevas costumbres de los consumidores.

Good basic sales skills
This book sets out a method for the sales person to use when working through the sales process with the customer. The method is basic and that is precisely why the method is so powerful. Any great sports team practices the basics over and over. Any sales person that aspires to greatness should do the same.

About what was expected
No revelations here....but good information. It's a sales book...being a successful salesman is about finding your own niche and just being positive, not giving up, and in believing in what you are doing.

This author knows his stuff. He writes the best books on how to sell that I have ever read. He tells it like it is but does not suggest you break the law or irritate your clients.

sales skills book review
This was a terrific book to reinforce the common sense people skills we sometimes overlook in sales. It brings home the message of not "selling" but helping your customers.

Good read
The book was very informative. I would read it again just for a refresher. I believe sales experience is a valuable skill and you get that from this book.

I used it as a text of the seminar for the salesman in my company.It is easy to understand the content concisely.All content is content as the reconfirmation.
