I'm 5'6", 200 pounds, and I'm not afraid to admit I'm a little chunky. I used to order cosplays a long time ago, but gave up when I realized I was just a little too big to order cosplays online, because they almost always run in Asian sizes. I thought maybe this would be the same, but decided to take a gamble on it anyway. After studying the sizing chart for days, I finally decided to order a large, instead of an extra large, based off my chest measurements and the 49% of people who say this runs large, and emotionally prepared myself for pants that didn't fit, which is generally what happens to me.Turns out, the pants fit me perfectly! (I wear size 13 jeans in juniors). The issues came with the top. It's a little big. The sleeves are the appropriate length when compared to the anime and manga, but the body of the top is a bit too long, and a bit too loose. I tried it on without binding, and you honestly you wouldn't even know I wasn't binding unless you hugged me. I'm completely surprised that the top doesn't fit me, considering I went against my gut instinct and ordered a large instead of an extra-large! Anyways, it's nothing a few alterations can't fix. The pants are also just a touch longer than I like, but I'm sure if I was wearing shoes, I wouldn't even notice. Someone shorter than me, would probably need to hem these pants.My one and only complaint is the collar is very very stiff, and a bit too tall for my neck. But I've always had issues with collars so this isn't anything new to me.Quality wise, I'd say it's fairly decent. The fabric is obviously polyester, or at least a polyester blend, so it's thicker than cotton, but it isn't flimsy like a knit. The top is lined with satin, so it's a little warm, but considering I would probably only wear a binder or tank-top underneath, it's perfect. There are a few loose threads, but a quick, careful snip with some scissors takes care of that problem. The pants have elastic in the waist band, and close with a zipper and a button, so even if you're a bit thick in the pooch, it has plenty of wiggle room for your jiggle room.

I'm a plus size cosplayer, and honestly I felt this was a deal! The pants (xxl) fit GREAT, which never happens with me when I order cosplays.The jacket was a size or so too big, but if you're good at altering, definitely not an issue!For info if your thinking about buying, I'm 5'4", around 200 lbs and got the xxl (my hip circ wavers between 49 and 50 inches, and my shoulder circ is 46). I honestly loved it! Pretty great for the price and the color was beautiful! Came seriously the next day after ordering it! but it did fit me a bit big. I had gotten a size small because all the reviews were pointing out that the sizes run a bit big and When i buy things online I usually get a medium just to make sure that it will come either a bit big or just right. But yeah I’m 5’1 and weight 110-115. And idk if you can see it well in the picture or not but it definitely was big on me. Lucky for me I know how to sew so I can easily fix at least the pant. So yeah definitely get a size smaller!!

I bought this for a last minute cosplay, so for that it was okay. And the quality was great for the low price! It arrived just in time, thank the cosplay gods!But when I got it out and on. . .Right away, the blue in person was MUCH brighter than the darker blue advertised (and the correct dark blue from the anime). I had a few other MHA cosplayers comment how bright mine looked (not negatively, just ‘wow it looks so much brighter than mine!’). And that was a little disappointing, but I was happy with the quality and details.The zipper on the shirt is a flimsy, cheap one that I had some trouble with. And the alignment of the armpits was awkward. I couldn’t lift my arms up without the whole entire shirt moving up. The details were spot on and done fairly well. But the collar!!!!! Oh man, the collar on that shirt was COLOSSAL! I could hide up to my eyebrows in the collar alone. I ended up folding it down, which was very hard to do since they did an excellent job of making the collar stiff.The pants fit extremely funky. I couldn’t imagine a guy putting them on and not having to ‘readjust’ where ‘things’ lay. I had camel toe for sure, even after I put on undergarments and form-concealing nylons. Luckily the shirt was long enough to hide the fact that I kept the pants unbuttoned and zipped (held up by safety pin magic) so that I could wear them much lower on my waist line.All in all. The costume did its job of making me a recognizable character and it got here in good timing.It’s great if you need a last minute cosplay. But be wary of the sizing. The jacket runs bigger than the pants and unfortunately, the color is off. Quality of the material is great.
