Great product great directions
Great product to repair/upgrade your Traxxas steering servo to all metal gears directions were easy to understand and execute now steering servos are tough as nails

Direct replacement
Perfect replacement for Traxxas Slash 2WD. Direct fit and thankful for the grease. Be careful of the two pins, they are easy to lose. Had to cut the end off of a drill bit to replace the pin that shot across the garage.

Over all great set up
Perfect fit on my Traxxas FOX RTR , the plastic gears lasted me about 2 1/2 months of riding. Super easy to install, came with everything in the picture, just remember to remove the bearing that's attached to one of the gears and simply place it on the new metal gear and the other bearing you just have to place it back where it goes. The only dislike I have is the plastic piece they give that you need to use as an insert for the slot that moves everything left and right hopefully it doesnt wear out not sure why that piece is plastic.

Solves biggest servo problem stripping plasti gears!
Easy install if you're mechanically inclined. Works well so far. You get a 50.00 metal gear servo for 20.00 bucks.

Even if your plastic gears aren't broken, these are a must upgrade!
When my plastic gears stripped out in my Rustler 4x4, I figured it was time for an upgrade. The metal gears are louder, but who cares? So much more responsive than the OEM stuff.Just remember to install every per the instructions on Traxxas web site. If you don't install correctly, the gears will keep spinning. Do your homework 1st and save yourself wasted time on doing it over.Additionally, these metal gears have lasted twice as long as the plastic and they are still in service!
