I'm really disappointed in these earbuds. They originally shipped without a power cable. Amazon shipped me a whole new order that came with a cable, so that was good. Then I started noticing issues pretty quickly. I noticed I had to un-pair and re-pair to my device every time I wanted to use these. I looked past that because it's not all that hard to do. The Chinese woman that screams at me every time I turn on or off the earbuds gets annoying, but it's another thing I can easily look past. Then I noticed the left ear bud drains battery far more quickly than the right ear bud and needs constant recharging. Then I noticed the right ear bud would constantly cut out, making listening to music frustrating, and listening to training videos impossible. It gets worse every day now. Now I have trouble pairing the earbuds, sometimes they don't pair at all, other times just one of the earbuds pairs. They sound terrible now. The right earbud is almost unusable. It crackles and cuts out. Of course I'm way out of my return period, so I had to ordered something else. Extremely disappointed. I wish these would have lasted more than 4 months, but they didn't. They're a landfill's problem now. To be honest, they were never all that great to begin with. You get what you pay for.

I've used these headphones for two days and experienced nothing but problems. The left headphone will not charge while in the case (with the top open or closed). The right headphone does not maintain consistent contact with the charging lead, so I only charges half of the time. I am unable to automatically connect the the headphones to my phone (Note 9). They want to continuously re-pair Bluetooth connection with my phone. I'll update my review upon response from customer support.Update: My replacement wireless earbuds work much better. However, I'm not quite sold on the wireless experience. You can never turn them off when you want. They only turn off if the charging case runs out of charge or when you disconnect them from your device. Better than a 1 start, but not a 5.

I wasn't sure what to expect from these ear buds. I searched quite a bit and settled on trying these. The sound is really good with some fairly good bass and they are easy to use. I took them on a trip to the Caribbean and I'm quite happy with them

At exactly 30 days after delivery I been having nothing but issues. For the past days tried letting them run low and fully charged them however they keep losing signal. They disconnect, I tried paring it it with other devices. Waste of money and time. Disappointed :(

They work GREAT! When I talk to people with these turned on they can actually hear me better than any other Bluetooth I have owned for my phone!

Cannot use them as a pair, only one at a time. Charging malfunctions. One of them does not charge efficiently.

I love these!! The sound is great! The battery charge last so much longer than others I have owned previously. Great buy!
