LETOUR Camping Lantern

I have to say I bought this 4 years ago and have it hanging in my shed, I only switch it on at night if I use me shed as its in a dark area and only uses 4/5 times but very bright on full but can be dimmed, the amazing thing is I only charged when I bought it and STILL it is bright when i put on so battery is brilliant

We recently bought a drive away awning for our motorhome and wanted a portable light source for it. I read the reviews and decided on this one - it was the right decision! The build quality is excellent, and there’s a hook to hang it up. It’s rechargeable so no need to keep a supply of batteries, and from one charge we easily got three evenings from it. That said, it hadn’t run out of charge even then, I just decided to top it up. It has three brightness settings, and in our 3m x 3m awning, the lowest setting was perfectly adequate. On its brightest setting it was like being on stage! It is supplied with a short USB lead so that you can charge it from any usb charger which is handy. The only thing I disliked was having to go through all the settings (including strobe and SOS) to actually switch it off. Not a massive issue but I would have preferred a simple on off switch if I was being hypercritical. Well worth the money.

Great camping light for hanging in the tent or can be portable if required. Good product. Good quality and durable. Highly recommended.

The light is fantastic for using in the shed or camping. The battery send to last well, it's easy to charge, and the two main brightness settings are great. The hook is well designed and works well in various places in my tent. As others have said, it's annoying to have to click through the flashing options to turn it off, especially if you are camping.

These are brilliant .. bought a second one as lost the first … then of course found the first one . But happy to have 2 . Great on the gazebo at night .

After two years... I used this only once for my Tanzanian trip. I stayed 6 nights in camping tents and used this all nights. Brightness more than sufficient for my average size tent. I charged it only once and it really holds well. After my trip today (Feb-2025) I just pulled it from store room to check and light still lit. This amazed me. More than after 2 years in-built battery still holds the charge. I highly recommend this.

The light is bright good 70w it has a handy hook to hang it up it certainly fills my shed with light. Good value for money and if you get a power cut you can hang it up in your house for extra bright light. Marvellous thing.

Good powerful light, easy to charge and lasts long, nice compact size and simple functions. Only downside is the charging port and buttons should have some waterproof seal as I used this in my shed and worked fine for ages but when there was condensation it ruined the internal parts and now the light won't work or charge.

Very good bright and serves u on outdoor light

Die Lampe sollte unseren Dreibeingrill beim Wintergrillen von oben beleuchten um das Grillgut besser beurteilen zu können. Das funktioniert gut, wegen des Hakens zu aufhängen. Ich kann bisher weder die Leuchtdauer, die Wasserdichtigkeit oder Robustheit beurteilen. Was die Theorie im Bezug auf einen hängenden Einsatz im Regen angeht, ist der USB Anschluss an der Oberseite, nicht abgedeckt. Die verschiedenen Leuchtmodi sind wohl aktuell nicht zu vermeiden. Sinnvoll finde ich die unterschiedliche Helligkeitswahl und, wenn ich an unsere Wanderzeiten denke, die Automatik für's SOS Signal. Nervig die Serienschaltung über alle Leuchtmodi hinweg, bis man das Ding mal ausgeschaltet hat. Nervt mich schon lange bei LED Taschenlampen, wird aber wohl aus Kostenründen eingebaut. Wenn ich bisher Ärger mit LED Lampen oder Leuchthalsbänder für unseren Hund, hatte, dann immer nur wegen dieser "preiswerten" Schalterlösung. Das Ganze scheint aber solide aufgebaut. Allerdings werde ich, nach visueller Beurteilung, die Leuchtkuppel nicht unbedingt großer mechanischer Belastung aussetzen. Da mögen andere dies beurteilen. Einen Einsatz als Arbeitsleuchte ist vorstellbar, jedoch nur im Bereich einer allgemeinen Orientierungsausleuchtung. Da das Licht 360° abstrahlt, kann man die Lampe nur außerhalb des eigenen Sichtfeldes platzieren, sonst blendet das Licht.
