Rough wood - some splinters
The peel is made up of strips of wood and 2 of them are rough. I assume they were cut against the grain so no matter how much it was sanded to attempt a smooth surface it will still be a bit rough. And so splinters are peeling up. I will be returning it.

Good product .
The shipping was fast . The pizza peel was nice . Just need some seasoning with minerals oil food grade for wood board . I were seasoning twice time . And I used the burner to clean up a little for them to smooth . Now they are non stick and good for long time . Good product !
