Pleasantly surprised
This is a great trauma kit for the price. While it does not contain gloves, occlusive dressings, flushes or some advanced supplies you might want in an emergency situation, it is an excellent starting point, with plenty of room to add gear. Let’s face it- you were going to add to it anyway.I got this as a back up to my base kit, and for use in my car where the jump bag takes up too much room. I was not disappointed. The flexible splint is a close approximation to my SAM splint (which needed to be retired,) the shears are more solid at the swivel than those in my EMS bag, and there is room for cuff, stethoscope and the other PPE/ filler I will inevitably add.The hook and loop enclosures are very secure, the stitching is solid quality, and the bag material is thicker than expected. The inner loops are a little large for the included gear, but would hold canisters, flushes and additional rolled bandages well. I like the external straps, and the snaps are secure and well peened. The included instructions for the tourniquet were a little ridiculous (DEFINITELY familiarize yourself with this style of tourniquet before using it in the field) the material quality of everything in the kit was on par with what I’ve used on ambulance, fire crew and inpatient facilities. The whistle is a nice idea, but was probably the least of the included gear. It may be better replaced with a more robust survival whistle if you intend to use it in more remote areas. While I view this as a supplement to my standard bag, having a smaller trauma bag is sometimes more convenient, especially when it is being carried as a precaution. I would happily suggest this as a base for a camping kit, bug out bag or as a travel bag. If you use modular gear, this will integrate well. If you do not, the straps and anchor points will allow you to carry this pack almost any way you wish.If you wish to round out the kit (especially if you are not using a jump bag), I would suggest gloves, a light, pen, medical tape, blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, clotting agent and sterile saline flush. While I didn’t have very high hopes for this kit, it had materials I needed to replace and I was looking for something inexpensive but adequate. I feel like this was one of the better gambles I’ve taken recently and I will probably get a second for my wife’s car.

It’s cheap
It’s cheap because it’s made with chinese cheap items. The biggest problem is the tourniquet, it’s not a CAT, looks cheap and fragile. With you bought this, I highly recommend buy a original CAT tourniquet .

Far better than a typical "1st Aid" kit
Wanted a serious but small first aid kit I could take on day mountain bike excursions. I've bought a few other first aid kits which generally just have little Band-Aids and cleaning pads and stuff for minor cuts. No, I need something for big bloody abrasions and larger cuts and maybe even something more serious. I've had a few scrapes while out mountain biking and things can get kind of on the bloody side. You really need some large wraps. This has both an Israeli bandage and a tourniquet, ace style wrap, large gauze pads. Plus the smaller first aid stuff is high quality and perfectly adequate. I added some more antiseptic wipes and a small roll of waterproof tape. It's still small enough to fit in my little day pack and take with me at all times. If you get hurt any more than this, well, you need a paramedic. Stat.

A good body for a med kit
You get exactly what you pay for. By no means is this a completed med kit but when looking at what is offered on the inside this is a very good start to building your own. Considering a single Sam splint is ~$15 and a tourniquet is about ~$13 and trauma shears are about $10 I think overall this is the best bang for your buck. You get everything that is listed in the pack and if you were to go out and buy these individually you would be spending more money then what you are most likely wanting. The trauma shears are very comfortable to use which is nice. I say that this med kit isn't beginner friendly because there is so much that is missing but that means that it is very customizable.

Love the Case.
Love the case. It is the perfect size and function. I wanted a case that could be pulled away without unstrapping. The Velcro on this case works great and holds it in its straps until it is pulled away. I bought this because of the case and it had a few of the items I wanted inside and had room left over for the other things that I wanted in a kit. I didn't want to pay for a lot of stuff included that I didn't need or want. I augmented/added the additional medical items that I wanted and this is the perfect kit for me now. If you're looking for a case that you can augment with what you want at a good price, this is the case for you. If you want an all-in-one kit that you don't add anything to, keep shopping.

An essential to have handy
I’ve been waiting to buy one of these for a while. With everything going on in the world, it’s never a bad idea to have one of these handy. Aside from that, we can never be sure what could happen. Better to have it and not use it then to need it and not have it. I keep this in the trunk of my bc at and when I go hiking or something, I keep it handy. It’s very convenient to carry around and it seems like it has everything I need to aid my first aid kit. It’s compact enough yet super full. If you don’t know how to use most of the things in this kit, figure it out, buy one, and keep it close by. I can’t imagine how if you’d ever have to utilize this kit, you’d at least increase the chances of survival. Whether that be on your yourself or someone else, a tourniquet is an ESSENTIAL. But what good is a tool if you don’t know how to use it? You could easily learn to utilize this kit from YouTube and plenty of practice. After all, you could use this tourniquet on yourself. Thanks to the manufacturer of this great setUPDATE: I actually had to use the simple stuff to close a colleagues finger up after he sliced it. It was great to have and I hope I never have to use it though now I know I can trust a my knowledge and this kit to hopefully help someone.

Scam! Lies!
Lies in title and lies in description.. Says it includes 6 inch israeli bandage.. which is the only reason I paid the high price for this cheap garbage.. Emailed seller and was told tough luck basically.. Do not buy this scam!

Decent Kit
This is a decent first aid kit for a backpack, but is a bit expensive for what you get.
