AnolonAdvanced Hard Anodized Nonstick Crepe Pan, 9.5, Bronze II

I bought this pan 5 years ago to make crepes. I use it nearly every day, and it has held up great (using non-metal spatulas). It is super sturdy, but not overly heavy; has a comfortable grip; and is pretty much nonstick. It has approximately 3/8 of an inch depth, so you can fry an egg on it. The heat distributes evenly, so it is perfect for making a three-egg omelet. I was so impressed by the quality of this pan, I purchased 4 others for gifts.

This is my fourth Anolon pan in a slowly growing set and I've been very impressed with them all, this one is no exception. They clean up easily, don't stick, are very durable, hold up to utensil scratches, and have a nice appearance. I especially like the soft touch handles, which never get hot and area very comfortable to hold. This pan works great for making thin crepes and is easy to control the temperature.

This pan is the perfect size. I live alone so I do not need a large griddle type pan. This crepe pan is great for a grilled sandwhich, pancakes, and of course crepes. Hot water and soap cleans it instantly.

This is my second Anolon crepe pan, bought to help get my crepes on for a growing family.My original Anolon crepe pan is more than 5 years old and still looks like new. It rocks. It's fire, man. It is one of my favorites.The angle of the pan lip is perfect. It lets you easily get your spatula under a crepe or omelet.It holds a steady heat which makes it easier to dial in the perfect temperature.

What I liked even heat all over the surface, convenient handle, easy cleaning.

Love those pan,great for crepes

Since I wanted this pan for my morning eggs, the fact that it tilts on my stove burners -- no matter how much I rotate it and try to get it to sit straight -- totally defeats the purpose as a fried egg will slide to the edge of the pan, spread out and sit there. Of course I can slide the egg around once it sets, but it still will be pretty sadly shaped and look like a yolk with wings. And even an omelette didn't spread properly. It's a pity since this is a great size for a single person household and the nonstick seems pretty good. Sp I guess I'll be using the pan for pancakes. The higher heat there may help them not to slide to the edge so much but, really, if I hadn't used this pan I'd seriously think about returning it. If it doesn't work for pancakes, then I've wasted 30 bucks -- which is not cheap for a small pan no matter that this wobbly pan behaves like a no brand dollar store special. Good thing I didn't go for the blue at 40 bucks.

My fault - in UK Avalon’s Advanced Hard range is induction friendly but this colour is discontinued. So paid extra to import from US. Looks stunning - wonderful size. But does not work on induction hob so completely useless to me.In fairness, the description does not say it is induction friendly. Equally, it does not warn that it is not. I just assumed the same brand/model would be the same in US. So disappointed.

It is a crepe pan, we use it for scrambled eggs, omelets, frying eggs and anything else you put in a small , flat pan. Love it!

One of the best frying pans I have ever purchased.
