The connector to the waterline from your house will experience some leaking as it isn't the best seal. **Q: I programmed my time and frequency without issue. However, when I press ‘+’ to add a rain delay, nothing happens, why?** A: It was too hard to set. Did not like the device. Could not set up to operate at separate times. I should have sent it back. **Q: how long is the warranty?** A: I don’t know but mine is less than a year old and one side does not work **Q: can you set it for specfic days? Or every other day? or is it just days in a row?** A: You can't pick specific days, like Monday/Tuesday. The numbers are not fully visible anymore so unable to program timer anymore. The timer is exposed to sun and rain so not sure if thats the reason it hasn't last so long. Battery compartment is now a pain to open also.***Update 11.20.22. Customer service is great. they responded to me and sent me a replacement. New one is working just as good as the 1st. If it leaks, make sure to use plumber's tape.**Worked fine when purchased in April. Leaks little water but after using plumbers tape, leaking was minimal. But, just this weekend, when I checked on the sprinkler timer, it stopped working. Put in new fresh batteries and still nothing comes up on the screen. I emailed the company directly as return window on Amazon is closed. We will see if they help out at all. You'll need to use high-end AA batteries - it won't operate on the cheap brands. Also, you'll need to keep the digital display covered with a rag or paint the removeable plastic cover white. The sun will burn the LED in no time. I learned that the hard way. Once the display is destroyed by heat or intense sunshine, you won't be able to reset the timer to your schedule.
