Description Champagne Bollinger Special Cuvee is a food-lover's Champagne since it is made in the very dry Brut style with grapes souced mainly from Grand Cru or Premier Cru estate vineyards. It consists primarily of Pinot Noir so it's quite versatile with many kinds of dishes and undergoes some barrel-fermentation, along with 3-4 years of cellar aging, twice as long as legally required.
