Smooth/Soft/Touch Hair Removal Replacement Elos Cartridge - 50,000 Light Pulses

I used this item only one time maximum 200 lights and it’s empty directly goes from 100 to empty.normally its works first 100% then 50% and then empty .I bought it before so many time it was working more then a year .but this time they shipped me a damaged item.I was trying to return it but it’s closed.

Product arrived in a damaged box and only worked for a few weeks. I cannot get a refund and found out it's not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee because it's not a legitimate product. Feel totally ripped off.

I ordered this product, however it did not work with our device. I requested a return, request was approved, then I sent it back according to instructions. Mail tracking shows that it was received 5 business days ago, yet I did not get my refund.

I used the item about 4 times and then the plastic glass at the end of the item broke. Now it is too late to return.
