Mr. Oakes has been in the Respiratory field for over 30 years and has over 14 years of teaching experience, including one-, two-, and four-year advanced Respiratory Care programs. Scot Jones, BA, RRT-ACCSMr. Jones is formerly the Director of Clinical Education at Broward College, Coconut Creek, FL.
