My husband has a cane sugar allergy, so we're constantly looking for good sweetener substitutes. This sweetener is one of the best we've found. I've discovered it works very nicely in baked goods when combined with coconut sugar---using it alone can yield that "cooling effect" taste that erythritol can have. Will stock up for holiday baking!

I love this sweetener because when stevia is layered with other sweeteners, the metallic taste lessens.Also, I was looking for a sweetener to replace xylitol since my dog was poisoned with xylitol.The research with Erythritol says prolonged use in animals produced no gastric distress and it's deemed safe.It's got my vote.

Sweet as sugar with no after taste. I can use it with complete confidence that no one will know the difference.
