Likes: pictures come out in a cute little size, but could be bigger only of machine was designed that way. Was easy to locate in the play store. I think the quality of the print out is good.Dislikes: The printer disconnects easily and only works while connected directly to printer name. When i tried to place my phone against the device it didnt connect. (Strong wifi signal probably suggested)Printing Process: Dont be alarmed if you see the picture come out yellow at first and then slide back in, because it goes through 4 color cycles to get the picture just right. There is limited picture cropping.Additional info you need to know: the printer will do an update before any printing is allowed.

Looked forward to receiving and using this item. Very well packaged, beautiful box, nice slim design etc. No indication of the problems facing me trying to use it. Downloaded the app per instructions. First it couldn't find the printer, then it kept losing it. The app said printer needed charged. Attempted to charge. Red light came on, stayed on 30 secs or a minute or two then would go off. Would not keep a charge. Directions to address this were incomplete in the troubleshooting section. Very bummed that I am forced to return this item and wait however long for a refund. I would not buy this item again.

I had a hard time connecting with the Wi-Fi and NFC option given as directions. What ended up working for me was connecting this as a printer on my phone. I have LG thin7 phone.

Apparently this is only for old, like 4 versions ago androids 😑 No app update in sight either. How weird to keep selling a product with an obsolete app. We aren't new to tech, I do IT for a living and did commo in the army. Our entire house is smart house, even the littlest ones know how to use it, it is not user error.

have hard time linking to phone printed 3 pics by accident don't know how it printed and tried to print more but gave up bought extra carriages but probably won't use them either

I attempted to return this but it was sent back to me, thought perhaps something was wrong with the cartridge ordered another. come to find out this product is no longer supported and does not work on androids complete waste of money
