I'm thankful I got a discount on the price. For a heat pad, it's very expensive. It's quite big for the microwave and I had to keep stopping it to readjust, as the microwave glass plate kept stopping. The neck pack is quite bulky to wear. It holds the heat for a bare minimum of time and it didn't really reduce any pain. For the money, it's not worth it. I've got a smaller microwave pack that's much better, it's just small and I wanted a bigger one. Sadly this hasn't really worked. Not one I'd be recommending.

It does not heat up to a high enough temperature within the recommended two minutes in the microwave.

Have had wrecked shoulders for years due to my early pre-retirement profession and spent hundreds on massages, so called pain patches, etc., etc., so was quite sceptical, but am SO happy with this padded neck/shoulder heated pad. First of all it really does stay where it is put as it is well filled with a wide span overhanging the shoulders, back and front. Next it folds up easily to pop in the microwave, and stays wonderfully hot for 20+ minutes, but the really good instructions show how often you can re-heat safely so actually wore it all yesterday evening. Can not recommend it more highly, seems a much better product than the other ten or more I looked at.

This is just prefect for anyone who has neck or upper back pain. It also smells divine!

I can only review on short term use but so far I think it is absolutely brilliant. I have a long term health condition which affects my neck and shoulders and this pad provides heat in exactly the right places. Having read reviews I was a bit concerned as to whether the weight would be a problem but so far there is no issue at all, in fact I think it may help to correct my posture which can only improve my condition in the long term. I would definitely recommend.

This is very comfortable to wear but you need to go well beyond the recommended 90 - 120 seconds in the microwave to get it warm (3 minute did the trick) and it loses heat incredibly quickly. So it's find for a 3 or 4 minute bit of warmth but useless beyond that. I'm disappointed and would not recommend. (The wheat filled "noodle" a friend made for me retains heat for at least 20 minutes and goes on being warm another 10 mins beyond that).
