The Real Comfort Master
Within the past year, I have purchased 2 travel neck pillows, not because I am anything resembling a pillow connoisseur, but rather because the first pillow I ordered, calling itself "The Comfort Master", endowed with favorable reviews and priding itself over its memory foam composition, turned out to be too small to provide any real support, and even if it were sufficiently sized, the thing was just barely softer than your average rock. There is no way all of the reviews on that pillow are legitimate unless all of its reviewers are midgets that live and sleep on cave floors. When it was clear that "The Comfort Master" was not actually the master of anything, I bought this pillow and have never looked back. This is hands down the most comfortable and versatile pillow I've ever owned. It is everything that my first pillow was not. It is soft and cushy which, combined with its large size, allows it to provide fantastic support and comfort combined. My favorite feature is the shape: the big lobes in back offer fantastic support in all sorts of different positions, and then spinning the pillow a bit allows it to function as a legitimate pillow if you're sleeping on your side. Before I start to sound like some sort of shill for this product, I will mention my one and only complaint with this pillow: the front lobes that end up in the front of your neck are unnecessarily large and in some positions, they can get annoying or cause some discomfort if they press up against your neck/windpipe.Overall, I would highly recommend this pillow to everyone and will sign its praises indefinitely.

Best Pillow ever
I got one of these pillows when I was pregnant. I was having to go to the chiropractor at least once a week. My neck would go out and then I would get awful migraines. So when I got one of these pillows my neck felt so much better. It is meant for sleeping in a reclined position. However I sleep with it both reclining and flat. It is so comfy I even sleep on my side with it. It is the only pillow I take when I travel. This pillow has paid for itself with less chiropractor visits. I like this pillow so much that I got a a few more for friends for Christmas. I still use mine all the time even after baby was born.I payed $30 for the first one I got at a retail store, But Amazon was having a sale for $15. So I got extra in case mine ever wares out. I have had my first one for almost a year. It does slightly loose shape over time, but It has a zipper so you can fluff it up again and you are good to go.

Better than others I have tried, but is rather hot around your neck.
I do find this a little hot around my neck but after taking some of the wadding out I managed to make it comfortable enough to take a nap in my recliner without causing me any further neck pain which is what I purchased it for. I feel for my purpose it would have been better without the arms that wrap around and just use the back part to cushion my neck and stop my head from rolling to the side. I may after a while alter it so that it works that way but for now I am making do. I don't think I will ever find a neck cushion that really works for me.

It was super firm and I would sleep with it every night ...
I was looking to replace a travel pillow that I had had for almost 7 years. It was super firm and I would sleep with it every night to alleviate neck pain, as well as bring it with me on flights. I was horrified when I realized that it had lost it on my recent 25 hour flight. :( So I went searching for something similar. This pillow is ok, but it's not nearly as supportive or firm as what I had hoped. I have been to every travel shop and store I could find and all of these new pillows are too soft and offer little support. I guess the upside is I can go buy some extra filler to see if I can make it more supportive. The design is interesting and I'll have a follow-up review after my upcoming 17 hour flight. For now I'm going to say it's just "ok" because it doesn't offer enough neck support in my opinion.

Best Travel Pillow
We bought 4 of these pillows for a recent 6 hour flight. The pillows worked great for each traveller which included one child, a teen and two adults. The material is very soft and the design actually supports the head and neck when dozing compared to other neck pillows which are not thick or firm enough. The key is the thickness on the back and sides of the pillow which other pillows are lacking. Tried an inflatable pillow and it was a complete failure. No more sleeping whiplash with this one. Used it when not sleeping too and it was very comfortable compared to the crummy alignment of airline seats. The zipper is a plus as it alllows for adding stuffing available at a craft store if it packs down or if extra firmness is desired. These pillows will be part of our standard packing list from now on. I give this product 5 stars.

Ergonomic Travel Neck Pillow, Cervical Neck Support, Navy Blue, Medium
I'd love to have been able to give a great review on this as it looks extremely comfortable and supportive. However when I opened the package, what I found was not the pillow, but an extremely small, black, lacy lingerie complete with a thong that would possibly fit a 5 year old. :O. Somewhere, someone is either having a very comfortable ride, or extremely upset. Gave me something to give everyone a chuckle at work today after driving in horrid snow conditions. :) update: amazon refunded my money but said they were unable to fill the order. When the Biomed company found out, they sent me a complimentary sunshine neck pillow, which is made in the U.S. This is actually a comfy, supportive product itself, and helps a great deal when my neck is bothering me. Kudos to Biomed for its customer service. :)

It's comfortable, the neck support part takes a bit of ...
Bought this for myself to use on the plane. It's comfortable, the neck support part takes a bit of adjustment and getting used to at first, then it got better. The front supports are sort of helpful but not enough to keep your head from falling forward when you're asleep. They do help keep you from leaning too much to one side while asleep. I'm still curious to try the travel pillow that looks like a foamy neck brace, to see if those provide better support.
