Sturdy and quality unit.
I don't expect my dog to sit on the dirty ground with the bugs, ants and dirt, so I bought this cot for her. She jumped on it as soon as I offered it to her, and it's her go-to place every time we're outside. She loves it! We do put a small rug on top in the winter to provide a little warmth, but she prefers the mesh instead. When not outside, we take it back inside to put in her normal location or in the living room with us, and she'll lay on it most of the time. This product is high quality and I believe it will last for a very long time. After 2 years of use, it shows very little wear.

Excellent for Training
I use this cot for placement training. Now I can have my dog "place" on any object, such as a bathtub, a tree stump, or a scale at the vet's office. This has also worked for basic obedience classes as well.

Lasted longer than I thought with my pit
My pitty prince lived it but after a few short months he was able to completely destroy it. Great for not so destructive pups but not ones that like to go ape ish on new things meant to last!

Husky loves this!
I bought this as a cooling bed for my 1.25 year old husky who is constantly hot in the summer. It took some getting used to, but she absolutely loves it. We set it up in front of a fan so she can cool down after our walks, and it's nice to let her sit outside with me. I love that it folds up; it makes it easy to pack up in the car, and it can slide neatly away while I let the Roomba run. It's huge; plenty big enough for my 40lb baby. It's very sturdy and well constructed, to the point where it is now another obstacle she is happy to jump up on/off of amidst a round of zoomies. The fabric does stretch and deform a bit when she first starts using it, but once it gets to that point it stops; she hasn't continued to stretch it out or anything. The /only/ improvement I would make is having some kind of way to keep it closed once you've folded it up. I added velcro cable ties to the two corners so it won't swing open at all when we pack it up in the car. But that's such a minor detail; I 10/10 would buy this again.Update - September 2023: Our bed has finally ripped a seam, and I still give the thing a 10/10. I've left it outside for the last 2 summers and I honestly believe it only ripped because of UV fading and weakening the material. It's served us well, was well worth the money, and I'm going to see if I can just find a cover to fit since the frame is still in great condition.

For camping a German Shepherd
I order this bed so my dog would be elevated when I am at the camp site. I thought he might be more relaxed and stay cool. Here’s some pros and consProHe loves it! From the moment I took it out of the box he hasn’t moved off. It’s stable - he can lay more in one side then the other and it’s not off balanceThe middle bar - it’s needed and was a smart move for the designIt folds - it fold in half and will easily fit on top of the car with everything elseConThe color - for the use of camping it will be ruined in no timeThe fabric - it’s pretty thin. I can see it needed to be replaced within a year. It pulls hard when he’s laying on it.I would have given this product 5 stars if the fabric was more durable.Overall, I’m really pleased with this product! To give you an idea of how big it is..My dog is 94 lbsI’m 5’5 and he comes up to the top of my thigh. This bed fits him perfectly with room for him to move without falling off.
