Asian Decor Water Fountain - Nearly 4 Foot Tall Cascading Bamboo Fountain - Outdoor Water Feature

We searched high and low for a look-alike bamboo fountain we found this one to be perfect when we received it we plugged it in we realized that the water was flowing too forceful therefore we used the dial on the pump to lower it and it didn’t work we called up Amazon they said you can return it but there’s nothing we can do we can’t send you a replacement pump we decided to keep it anyway we put it outside and we noticed that the water would evaporate every day so we are filling the fountain every day and we said to ourselves somethings gotta be wrong? Meanwhile the water flow on the right was flowing a lot slower and more trickling effect than the flow on the left which was gushing out so bad that when it trickles out to the very bottom the defective part is the very last water bin it overflows and goes down out of the fountain so therefore we decided to return the whole thing and we went for an alpine fountain. Sorry this didn’t work out. The company that sold it to us is wonderful it doesn’t mean that they are bad in anyway we’ve bought quite a few items from them but it’s this particular fountain that really stinks.

It is NOT as described!!! Mine arrived with chips and tiny cracks and didn't hold water. Material is very cheap. I was excited to get my new fountain then so disappointed when saw it!! I just pretty much got screwed out of my money unless I pack it up ( it's not small) and deliver to UPS then WAIT over 30 plus days to get my money back. It would be July and pointless to set up a different one if I did chose to buy one ( not from this seller) off Amazon which I won't!!

I ordered the cascading bamboo sculptural fountain over a year ago. I am very satisfied with it. After all this time, it is still looking good even thought it is out in the weather. I have other Toscano Dsesign statues that are outdoor and they all still look great. I would recommend their products to my friends.

the pump already failed. I have run this pump for only a month (it took me a while to set it up after it was dlivered). I’m now outside the return window, but there should be some way to get a new pump. I understand that most submersible pumps have a limited life, but one month is a bit ridiculous. This is the problem with Amazon. You run the risk of something failing and not being able to return it. Had I bought the pump at a brick and mortar local store, they would take it back.

I bought this fountain years ago and it still looks and works great ! The soothing sounds are wonderful and you can soften the flow with a turn of the dial. You might want to purchase some glass rocks to fill in the tubes to soften the sound.
