It is just what I was looking for. It can be use for hot or cold items and I have used it for both so and wellPleased with this product.

I love the size of this bag. Is very roomy and lined in the inside. I was able to put my cold packs inside the lining to keep my items cool. I almost sent it back because it's not sturdy at the bottom. I really love the size so I cut some cardboard to secure the bottom so it don't fold. My first time using it a transport individual cupcake boxes and I needed it to be secure and flat at the bottom. The cardboard worked out I was able to carry three layers of cupcakes. About 52 to be exact. Worked like a charm.

I use this to send food with my husband to work and grocery pick up. Holds hot or cold items. I used it for a potluck recently. It could use a sturdier bottom so I place a cutting board inside to support the weight

Best food delivery bag bar none. Have done over 300 Instacart deliveries with this bag and it has held up. Got three of them as well. Also works really well with big DoorDash orders. This is the bag you should get if you do gig work.

I have not even used the bag yet but gave it a low rating because the removable liner was not included when I received it which is the reason I bought it so half tray of hot food could be put into it to keep hot. Without the insert you would be putting the HOT trays directly on to a plastic liner.

Catering business growing in St Maarten - bag is easier to clean and sturdier than the other brands we are testing. Finding it odd that no bag has external pockets for menus, plates, utensils. Making interior pocket by separating Velcro - keeps items clean and dry as well as handy so customers are well served the first time - as opposed to being out on the ocean and finding the delivery kid forgot the plates... Many compliments on the bag - especially the bright red color - it allegedly makes it easy to locate and fish out of the water when the trade winds blow it overboard. I'm also told it floats for a good length of time. So, thanks for not using a metal zipper! Will be ordering more in February.

I like the size of the storage bag .The only thing that baffles me is that when they advertise the bag it seems as if their were a lining to keep it sturdy but their was not .but all in all I got what I paid for still love it.
