Order arrive without any directions. I looked up other posts and found the directions from buyers. Eggs stuck to Pod even though I added some butter. The eggs stuck to pods and was very difficult to clean. I also was unaware that a lid was to be used after the boiling beganl Eggs took forever to cook and turned out over done. Please try to include instructions when filling these orders. Still trying to get egg residue completely. After viewing all the other great reviews I will try again when the rest of egg residue has been scrubbed off. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I just took it for granted instructions would be enclosed. Not giving up but I cannot give a review like the others I read.

Great, but doesn't conduct heat well
FIRST - make sure you use a pot that is deep enough or has the right amount of water in it so that the liddoes not touch the top edges of the egg holder. THEN...1) Boil some water2) Spray the inside of pods with nonstick spray (or brush with olive oil. Coconut oil is great for an exquisite taste!). NOTE - this is very important to prevent the egg sticking to the silicone, and it makes cleaning a breeze!3) Crack the eggs into the pods4) Turn down the water to low5) Place the pods into the water6) Replace the pot cover7) Wait 5 minutes (silicone is not a good conductor of heat, so you need to cook them for at least 5 minutes)6) Coax the eggs out of the pods onto your plate/toast/english muffin. You can do this with a spoon or spatula, or simply flip them out of the pod.And THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN THE PODS?If you wiped a thin layer of oil on them before you put the eggs in, they stay pretty clean. Just dump the boiled water from the poaching process in the cups to sterilize them, then wipe them with a dish towel or paper towel. That way, they never get any soapy/perfume taste on them. Simple!

Perfect eggs every time
The first time I used these, I did not use lids to cover the pot so it took FOREVER to cook the eggs. No more! You start by boiling water in a pot, then reduce the flame so the water is just simmering. Now add the poachers (one egg per poacher is ideal, make sure you oil it first!), it will just sit on top of the water. Cover the pot with the lid and set it for 3-4 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs. This time range will give you soft, cooked egg whites with runny yolks. Set it on top of some toast and you'll be happy. Some cracked pepper and a little bit of salt on the egg will add a ton of flavor, you don't even need hollandaise sauce because the texture of the egg is so perfect you don't need to ruin it with sauce. I don't know why the texture makes it taste so much better, but it just does. Before, poached eggs were boring and needed unhealthy sauce, now I just enjoy it plain (it even tastes good on its own without the toast). It is healthy and convenient to make. Try adding some truffle salt on the eggs, you will not be disappointed!I also use these to make poached egg whites. I make my own "mcmuffins" at home, much healthier. I toast some multigrain muffins, cook some of my homemade turkey patties (1 lb lean ground turkey, salt and pepper, and a little bit of brown sugar), add the egg on top and one slice of low fat american cheese. I wrap them up individual and freeze them, microwaving them as I need.Washing up is easy, I just throw it in the dishwasher. The first time, I forgot to oil the poachers. The eggs came out, but I had to wash the poachers twice. It came out all dry after, and looked almost powdery. This was easily fixed by adding oil the second time I used it. No more powdery appearance, even after a cycle in the dishwasher. I don't own any cooking spray because I think they are messy, the cans get sticky and sometimes gunk builds up on the nozzle which is gross (maybe I'm just using them wrong). I just pour a dab of olive oil in each cup and wipe it with a paper towel. It is probably a less efficient way of doing things because you waste a little bit of the oil when you wipe it, but it does the trick for me and I don't have to deal with the spray. My one complaint (which isn't really a complaint and therefore does not affect my opinion of the actual product) is the number of spam emails you get from the company after you purchase this. I get that they are trying hard with their customer service and want to make sure that customers are happy but... more than one email is too much. No other companies on Amazon emails you when you buy something from them and it has not stopped me from going back and buying more of their products. I hope Zigabob's CEO is reading this.

Not the result I was hoping for
The don't work the way I hoped they would, they are more difficult to clean than I thought, and I'm just glad I paid less than 4 dollars for them. I've tried them twice and I'll see if i'm doing something wrong, but quite simply, the yolk is nearly hardboiled before the egg white totally cooks. I don't microwave eggs and if that is what these were designed for, then it was my mistake in buying them.
