Pet's Pest Repeller Ultrasonic Flea and Tick Collar

First, let me say that when I opened the box, there wasn't any instructions or any papers at all, just the collar. That should have been my first clue. I proceeded to put it on my poodle, after I figured how to turn it on. It did absolutely nothing at all.The red light stayed on for maybe one week and after that nothing. As far as eliminating fleas, well that was a joke. Nicky still has fleas and I'm out $14. Needless to say I am more than disappointed and can't even return it for my money back.It's a scam!

Worst money spent, did not work from day one, when I first got it it even looked open, so I thought maybe new batteries, so I bought new batteries and guess what? Still not working...
