OmegaMen's 2594.52.00 Seamaster 300M Chrono Diver Watch

I bought this watch through Amazon and waited a month to give a review. This watch is nice in every way. It goes with everything; jeans or a suit. Omega has a good resale value if youwere to sell it, so that is nice to know it won't depreciate if you want to sell. I looked in stores, some told me that they would trade-in the Omega towards a Rolex, only Omgea though. In my opion, the Omega was an easy decision considering the quality, look and Amazon's cost (less than 2760).The watch is a good weight and size, not too big or too small. Super sharp, people always notice, it was everything the reviews said it was. The only thing I feel that's necessary to say is the picture on Amazon is a touch enhanced; the colors are brighter on the site than in real life. The whites are whiter, the reds are deeper and the black is darker. I think they touched them up for viewing. However, overall this watch is 5 star, I'm very happy with it. Good luck!

The only thing I can think of to say about this purchase is that it's my baby; my main squeeze; I wear it so frequently that it very seldom stops running. Everything about this watch is ideal;size,weight,looks,reliability are all pluses...

I like watches and have had many medium-high level Swiss pieces from Hamiltons on the low-end to Omegas on the high. I have had this exact number for about 4 years and it has become my daily-wearer. It is a CHRONOMETER - unlike, I think, the current Omega 300m's and is VERY accurate (I can set my iPhone from it rather than the other way around). I like that is in not powered by an ETA-based movement like almost every other Swiss chronograph on the market and the new 300m's but rather by a Piguet engine with escape-wheel mechanism. These movements had some bad press but I find it very reliable. Additionally, the lume paint on the broad Dauphine hands is very bright and you can read the time throughout the entire night. This brings up another issue: the skeleton hands on the new models seem to spin/turn too easily and lack the solid mesh/gear feel this watch has. Additionally, the new model's hands lack the amount of lume paint on this model making it tougher to read throughout the night. Some complain that the smooth bezel is hard to turn but there's a method to it - grasp the bezel between your index finger and thumb at the 12 & 6 O'clock positions and it is easy to hold & spin. If you're looking at 300m's (and I've had the newer model as well) I think this one is better - in fact I would rather buy a used one of these than a new model 300m. Thanx for reading, Tim.

I bought this watch from Amazon and am very satisfied with it. Came in spankin new with everything included except for the international warranty card which Amazon keeps. Checked the serial with Omega HQ in Switzerland and was verified of an authentic watch. For the price, it does make it worthwhile to own. This watch always sells out at Amazon so if its available buy it soon or else you will have to wait for over a month or two for it to be in stock again. I was about to buy it from an authorized dealer but the 2yr warranty & substantial price difference convinced me to buy it from Amazon.Get it and you won't be disappointed, I guarantee it.

Great watch, it looks amazing, this is a beautiful model. I like it so much than I pre owned a 2450 model and I could not resist the 2594. It is amazing to have a chronograph with 1000ft capability. I bought it directly to Amazon and the service was great. It came with the Amazon warranty, not the international one. The price was excellent, less than 26 hundred I couldn't believe but I trusted because I bought it directly to Amazon. If do not like the heavier watches you must check the titanium version because this is big and heavy.

As a Seamaster Fan, I think this design stays truthful to the original 300m, but with a fantastic subtle new and look. Great watch, Great looks.When you look at the time, and have a smile on your face after a glimpse at this watch, even though you could be late for an important meeting. this means it was Worth every penny.

Probably one of the best watches you could get today, this is the best surprise that I have ever gotten, my dad gave it to me as a birthday gift. I'm very pleased with this watch and would love someone else to experience the same pleasure.I definitely would recommend this watch to every single person.Thanks to Omega for making such a nice watch!

Don't believe the rating stars there is something wrong here. I have owned Omega's, Breitling's and Rolex's for over 40 years have over 25 and there are all fabulous watches. This Omega is no exception. I bought it about a year ago and every time I put it on it looks and works amazing. When I first got it I was having a hard time setting the date so I called my local dealer and they explained the date set is a very small button on the Helium release valve in the center of that crown, just push it in and the date changes.The perfect watch.
