Update 3 years later: bumping up my rating to 5 stars. My original cloths have held up well. They look like new. I purchased a new set of 12 recently due to all of the cleaning and wiping down of surfaces I’m doing because of the coronavirus. No odd smells. No color bleeding during the wash. I always hang to dry on a clothes drying rack I purchased 2 years ago. They are indispensable. They pick up dust from surfaces, rinse soap off large countertops with one easy go around, clean & rinse stainless steel stove top easily and hold up like a champ. I have enough to wash the load once a week. They have allowed me to greatly decrease my paper towel use. I do not wash cars so I cannot speak to that. For household use, I give these towels 5 stars and will purchase again if needed in the future.Previous review from 2017: So far so good. I'm new to microfiber but my brother gave me a bundle to wash my car with and I decided to buy a separate set for my house. They work well for cleaning - from wiping down my stainless steel appliances to washing mirrors with windex and shining granite countertops. They are plush and thick and a good size. I had worried they would be too small - not a problem.Only reason for MY four stars is the rec to hang dry. I do not own a clothesline so I have to drape them over the sides of my bathtub. It's a hassle. If this isn't an issue for you, these are keepers.

These microfiber cloths work very well. I use them to dust hardwoods, crown molding, furniture, and even the bathroom floor. I also mop with these using a simple solution. They are excellent at polishing stainless steel appliances with a very minimal amount of stainless steel cleaner. This week I cleaned out the fridge with one of these and was extremely pleased with the result. They are such a high quality you can wring them nearly dry!These save me from buying the single use disposable static cloths that come in the green packaging (trying to omit brand names here). While they are a good deal larger than the green floor dusting mop I already have, they attach easily using the push in grooves. The extra bit of material that hangs over the dusting mop doesn't bother me. An awkward fit is a small sacrifice for easily washable and reusable cloths.When it comes to care for the cloths the manufacturer suggested delicate care and hang to dry. I did this for a while but ultimately wash and dry them with other cleaning towels. They might stick to towels in the dryer; however, they still work just as well. I like these towels so much I just ordered a second set. I highly recommend them.

These cloths are amazing! They are truly lint free and streak free. I’m a bit of a neat-freak and have been looking for a versatile cleaning product that doesnt collect all of the bacteria of a sponge and dries quicker than a standard washcloth.I’ve already used these cloths to clean my stove, dust my entertainment center, and wipe my bathroom fixtures and mirrors. All sparkling clean without any streaks or lint. When done, I simply rinse the cloth and wring it out to dry. Easy. So glad I found these. I’ll be putting one in every room for quick access.

First, let me say that I am a big fan of these cloths - use them primarily in the kitchen for wipe-ups. I especially love that they handle odors so well - no need to wash immediately as they don't become stinky easily. That said, I dinged this company one star due to their poor customer service. I offered the suggestion that they introduce some additional darker shades - which would be increase their practicality for me, as unsightly food stains would be disguised better. They seemed rather perturbed by my suggestion. At the very least, they should have feigned appreciation for my patronage and feedback. Rude!

I have tried a few different brands and they tended to feel really coarse and static prone which turned me off using microfiber but I have some wood furniture that needed some attention and I know microfiber is the best for that. These were great for applying and buffing the wood conditioner, applying and buffing my stainless steel cleaner, cleaning windows, applying and buffing car interior cleaner/polish, and wiping granite countertops. They clean perfectly in the wash and don't become a giant static ball which is great. Great product for a great price.

I have ordered these cloths mainly because they are not so huge & thick that they are hard to clean with or wring out. They are so absorbent and soft that I also use them in my kitchen to take the place of paper towels and I change them out every night; once dinner is over and I clean the counters, etc, They are very good quality and I will continue to order them if I need more.

I didn't want any unusual microfiber cloths, just some I could use to wipe my hands on, so I could cut down on the amount of paper towel I am using. I hang one of them on the inside of my cabinet door, next to my dishtowel. They work fine for this purpose. I know, because I tried dusting a little bit - have much more to do :)- but wanted to try it out and it worked fine for that. I washed the first few by hand, for fear the dryer would be too hot for them, and then decided, I'd just throw them in with a regular wash and dry them on Normal dry. They came out great and didn't shrink at all! Highly recommend these cloths!

What good is a kitchen cloth that can't be washed in regular detergent, or in hot water, or with other items, or with bleach and can't be placed in the dryer but must be lined dried? These impractical stipulations are not clear on the website.
