Great Product Works Perfect!
Door handle was a complete kit with all the items required for easy installation.

Decent product for value
Product generally fits - it’s plastic and so is the door panel that it attached to. Door plastic seemed warped so bolts didn’t really line up well. One hole was stripped from previous owner replacement. Generally the mechanism is a poor OEM design so the replacement part while works and fits is also a poor design - no fault of the seller or the part. More of an issue with Chevy design.

save yourself some money!
so this saved me around $500 give or take. the repair shop would only replace the whole inside of the door. took about 20/30 min to pop off the door drill the holes and get everything done.

Good kit. Use 1AAuto video. Handle was loose on lever mechanism.
It was easy to install, but it did not come with any instructions. I watched the 1A Auto Video detailing how to replace it with this kit and it explains it pretty plainly. As far as the product goes, make sure you don’t drill out the plastic rivets too far, because when you screw in the new screws, you could end up puncturing the interior of the door. Another issue I had was that the new handle that comes with the kit fit very loosely on the lever mechanism. I ended up tossing the replacement and inserting the original handle on it instead and that worked well.

Easy installation
Easy to install, just look up a YouTube video and follow it. The actual handle part is a little smaller than the original, so I recommend saving your old handle if you have it to put back on with the new internal parts. The screws are a little short thus why there is super glue to pretty much seal them into place. I also recommend throwing a few zip ties in there too. I was worried the glue wasn't gonna hold so I put a couple zip ties through the inside to hold it into place better. Other than those little quirks, my door now opens form the inside after years of not!

Poor design or incorrect Interior Door Handle Kit received for 2012 Silverado LT Extended Cab.
Several Issues such as:1. Outer top edge of the Kit body/frame did not fit within the inside raised plastic edge/lip of the original door panel. I had to shave the top edge of the Kit body so that it would fit within the lip; otherwise the Kit body/frame would not have fit flat on the door panel and the screws provided within the Kit would have been too short.2. Upon completing the modification mentioned in Issue #1 above, the Kit body still would not fit flat against the door panel. A raised portion of the Kit (having a circular metal sleeve within, was larger in diameter than the vehicles original sleeve) would not allow the sleeve projection to fit through the original door panel provided hole. I therefore had to modify the hole in the door panel by reaming it out with a drill and bit. Otherwise the screws provided in the Kit would have been too short and the body/frame of the Kit would not have fit flat on the door panel.3. Upon ensuring the body/frame of the Kit was flat against the door panel (after removing the plastic rivet heads using the router drill bit provided in the Kit) I found three of the six screw holes in the Kit body/frame were out of alignment with the rivets. I therefore had to ream out these three holes in the Kit body/frame prior to installing all six screws.4. After installing the door handle I found it to be very loose and sloppy but it does work; although it does not even come close to my expectations. As a temporary fix to resolve this issue I wound electrical tape onto the metal lever between the plastic door handle and the vehicle interior door panel (filling an appx. 1/4" gap between the handle and door panel) thereby obtaining a somewhat snug fit. I now am looking at obtaining a nylon washer to fill the 1/4" gap, if the replacement Kit holds up for a period of time.Final Note: When buying cheap, sometimes non-desirable Issues may be encountered. Although this Kit may work fine for other Silverado's/other year models, it did not work out well for mine.
