Reasonable price and works
I needed a power connection for an internal SSD and my Power supply was short an additional SATA connection, this was inexpensive and worked. Now I have 2 spares.

Saved the day.
The power supply died in my aging XPS desktop, which I'm trying to limp to the end of life for Windows 10 in 2025. Hardware restrictions prevent an upgrade to Windows 11. Probably a Linux computer after next year. I did however have an almost new power supply in an even older Dimension tower that was gutted. The problem was the power supply had lots of Molex connectors, but only two SATA connectors. I was able to connect one SATA connector to the hard drive, but the other SATA connector was on the same cable and was only about three inches in length. Not nearly long enough to reach the two optical drives and I'd still be one connector short anyway. The Cable Matters power cables saved the day. I was able to connect both optical drives (SATA), from the multitude of Molex connectors at my disposal. I am now happily limping along with the XPS into the future.

Good cables
Been using these for a while now and they are good quality for the price and they make a tight connection. The cables are a good in between of flexible and ridged.

Does what it needs to
I didn't need 3, but as is often the case, it was cheaper to buy a pack than a single.

Great for using Molex Power ports to power SATA powered devices inside your computer
Worked for exactly what I wanted, I had a power supply with four Molex ports and only two SATA power ports. This allowed me to add a back up hard drive to my computer upgrade. Stock SATA power ports were on my ODD and SSD and I wanted a back up drive as part of my upgrade, so I bought this hoping it would work and it did. This saved me needing to upgrade my power supply. I had bought a $17 OEM replacement (400W) to see if my old computer still worked (old 300W power supply died). When I found out everything worked, I started the upgrade for the CPU, RAM, added a SSD, and upgraded the OS. I now have two extra for future projects. I have contemplated using this with a modular power supply on a smaller case, the case uses MOLEX for the fan controls and this would allow me to leave out the SATA power cable, saving space; however, prefer using the right part for the right job.

Value priced, meets or exceeds description, works as advertized and is a value.
I purchase several things on Amazon, and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agendaโฆ. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Seller's have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR

Excellent! CableMatters comes through again!!!
These CableMatters branded connectors are PERFECT! It was a 5 minute fix to install them and get my computer back up and running! Thank you Amazon for next day early morning deliveries!!! Unfortunately, I had previously purchased "another" brand/version of connector, that "looked" cool and actually cost more than these! Unfortunately looks aren't everything and the quality was horrible, and they just wouldn't mount properly on the high quality female molex connectors on my $200 Thermaltake power supply! The pins were molded crooked and I wasted 2 hours getting nowhere before I had to give up, and push the repair back until today. Again, today I was up and running within 5 minutes! Thank you again CableMatters for high quality products, and Amazon for being there when I needed you!

Does exactly as described
Not much to say here, its an adapter from Molex to SATA. Its exactly as described 15cm. Tad pricey but the convenience of having Amazon ship this out to you next day if you live an area that has Prime shipping makes it so I don't need to travel to a PC shop an hour away or that are closed on the weekends. Basically paying for Convenience. Other than that if you're in no rush and can find this cheaper else where go for it.
