This is a very good product. My kids get warm meals everyday without having to purchase it from the school canteen. The trick is to fill one of the larger bowls with hot water and place it at the bottom of the flask. Then you place the jar containing the food in the middle.I usually fill the smaller bowl with hot cereal for them to eat. Lunches are packed from 5:30 in the mornings. When I get back home by 5:30 in the afternoon, all the leftovers are still warm.I gave it a 4 because the water tends to leak out into the flask itself. Found a solution for that as well. I wrap the container with water in plastic before placing it in the flask.I have been recommending this product to my coworkers as it really works. I will continue to recommend it as well as Amazon because I do get very good customer service and products from them.

Imusa Sky Thermal Food Carrier - Good container for carrying your lunch or dinner. I prefer the older version; comes with only two containers and a spoon/fork under the lid. The older version had a top that was better insulated. This newer version has more colors but it does not keep in heat as well, even if you add boiling water to the main container to heat up the internal temperature.Also, don't microwave the containers because they will start to carry residual odors and some warping may occur. I heat up my food in a separate container then put food into the Imusa containers. I also wrap my Imusa Thermal Food Carrier around with a thermal lunch bag to keep the heat in. BTW - Bento Boxes are good too but they are pricey. I might get one next year. Hope that helps.

It doesn't keep things pipping hot but I didn't expect that from a plastic container. It is quite large...Mine has three small covered plastic containers that nest into the large plastic "thermos". It comes with a set of utensils...fork and spoon. The other reviews about the small containers being very soft after heating in the micro are correct.

The lunch box is very good. It has 2 big boxes and one small box. It is very useful for people like me, who are interested to have more than one item in the lunch. The only drawback of the product is the quality of the plastic used. Even though it is mentioned as "microwaveable" product, it gets very soft if heated for more than a minute.

PROS: Cheap. It's good for the price.CONS: It doesn't even look like what it's supposed to look like from the picture. False advertisement. The one I received doesn't have the little spoon/fork case. Instead I got some folding fork/spoon attached underneath the lid and also the case is slightly wider than what it's supposed to look like from what i see on the picture.Overall it's still an ok product

This is not the same product pictured when delivered. It is a VERY wide container. I could not have my son carry this to school as it was as wide as his head. The product, I am certain, would work well - as a hot food transporter to bring large servings to a pot luck etc. However - this is not what you would want as a lunch pail.

A bit bigger than I would like, it is for my elementary aged child's lunch.

I like this product. However inside containers still to small, if you like to eat big meals this is not your product.
