This is my daily helmet even with it's shortcomings. First is the visor, the slider you use to lower and raise the visor is cheaply made. It will easily pop off unless you hold the helmet down with one hand and use the other hand to use the slider to lower it. To raise it I don't use the slider I just use my fingers to raise it manually. Second the straps. I just wish it was a little longer, it fits my head OK but I don't have much room for adjustment. Even though this is my first time to use bone conduction, the sound is very good. I can hear my music/podcast clearly and still hear my surroundings. I don't have any problems with the Bluetooth. Usually it takes me 2-3 hrs to charge it and this will last me a whole week. The light in the back is cool and bright enough at night to be seen. You can wear prescription glasses under the visor. For the price I still think this is a very good smart helmet and hopefully they would improve upon it.

Was fine at first but the speakers and bluetooth just stopped working after a month. No crashes, nothing. Just stopped working, won't turn on. Customer service is non-existent. They simply will not reply. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM KSCAT.

Wore it once (18 Feb 2018) after Christmas. Visor tab fell off while riding. Could not get the helmet adjusted to a proper fit. Constantly pushing down on lower forehead/eyebrows. Ear buds very uncomfortable. Return period ended already so I have a helmet with no use.

love this helmet - can hear music clearly through bone conduction while still have ears open for street noises. Also like the internal sunshade/glasses that come down.

This worked great for about 6 days. Then Bluetooth died and it is worthless now. I cannot even find if there is a warranty anywhere

 Ok, so we thought this would be the perfect helmet for our active daughter, and it is! But I have really taken to this helmet as it is very easy to use, very easy to set up, has ease of use for each button or knob or slider. The helmet itself is comfortable. And onenote to take, this one is a M/L which should be enormous for my head. With the rear knob adjustment, it does hold to my small head. The difference would be in the chin straps as I could not adjust them fully to fit me. But again, I tested this as our daughter is on vacation at the moment. So, with that, what is it like with music playing through the bone conduction earphones. You will hear music just fine and be able to hear what’s going on around you. Which is so important while riding a bike. I feel this is such a nicer option than letting our teen ride with earbuds in her ears. I don’t like that! I do trust this helmet for hearing and safety over her regular bike helmet and earbuds. The earpieces have extra rubber caps with different lengths to hug the cheekbones by the ears tightly. The eye protectors are really easy access and a nice bonus feature, showing this is a better quality helmet and not a basic. There is nothing basic about this. I love it and our daughter should too. If not, my husband or I will gladly use this without a second thought!We received a product sample for testing and review purposes.
