This is my first review. Yes but I think the product is worth it.After having many beanies you put in the microwave I found there was none to match this product as all the beans would go to one end or to the other this one is perfectly stitch so the beans stay where they are supposed to people might find it a little bit too heavy for theirself but for me it's perfect when it heats up the first time I found it was moist and I didn't realise this is what it was supposed to be like but I got used to what it was like and I absolutely think it's wonderful it retains the heat for 10 times longer any other Bean I have tried.To me this is a 10 out of 10 product

This is an amazing product. It retains the heat, staying warmer for much longer than a standard wheat bag. It is heavy but it stays put, presumably down to the weight, saying that it is very easy to use and is very comfortable. I use it primarily for my neck and shoulders but I can see it being useful for my back too as it is so flexible. I will be buying another for my Mum’s birthday as I am that impressed.

Well packed, it is a substantial neck and shoulder pad. We purchased this for an elderly person, who has significant Rheumatoid arthritis. Slight smell on arrival from the herb in the pad which was fully explained by an email and content leaflet. We had the red cover , the overall pad is well made.

This is a great product. I bought it for neck and shoulder tension. It fits comfortably around neck and shoulders and really hits the spot with both areas in one go which is fantastic! The carry case is a great idea and the instructions are clear and are kept in the carry case so if you take it away you can refer for different microwave wattage. This lady has thought if everything even down to a follow up email to see if everything is ok. Genius! I wish you all the best with your business - and no I’m not related, I am a customer who will be letting my friends know about this product.

This product is exactly what I wanted and expected. The fabric and quality is is great. It’s quite heavy but this helps to provide pressure and get the heat into your neck. The shape of collar gives good neck support and really helps target the area of pain at the top of my spine and bottom of neck. The smell is not too intense but is nice. I ordered late on Sunday night, possibly early Monday morning and it came Monday morning. Brilliant. I can’t complain. It was a bit expensive in comparison to some of the similar products but it’s been worth it and I’ve recommended it to everyone I’ve spoken to who had similar issues with neck and back and migraines. The only criticism is I would have preferred it plain and not have the patches of tiger and rose on it.

Everything I expected and more. The quality is fantastic and I love the storage bag. I quite like the smell and don't find it overpowering. I found it a little heavy at first but soon got used to it, I can highly recommend. I've used it constantly since receiving it and when this one wears out I'll definitely be buying another.

Quite nice scent , decent weight, nice packaging and it keeps its heat well , so ultimately...worth the price :)I purchased this one as I accidentally set fire to an old one in the microwave (not the same brand) so I'd like to spread awareness of the importance of watching it and only putting it in for the time specified, besides it's too pretty to set fire too.

This is a great product for relieving back and neck pain . It smells good and comes with a nice case for storage and full instructions. Highly recommended.
