Donco Kids Princeton Stairway Bunk Bed, Twin/Full, Slate Grey

Overall this bed is great my daughter loves it. i however was a little disappointed with the amount of dents that this bed came with from the seller. the instructions can be a little more clearer but other then that if you order it be prepared for something to be dented up or scratched.

i looked for 3 weeks on the internet for a bunk bed that wasnt over priced. i was sceptical because the price was 300 to 400 dollars cheaper then the same bunkbed every where else, also only had 1 review so i was pretty scared but i am so happy i chose to get this. my girls love it. i love the extension for the full size lower bunk. this is a very sturdy bunk bed i love the color and i was really surprised how they shipped this in 6 different boxes. and so thankful it was practically half way put together.i am truly impressed and would recommend this bunk bed to anyone.

I like the bed, we just received it not 100% in new shape. One handle is broken, and part of the outside frame is missing paint. We would like for you to either give us a credit or send a replacement drawer handle and some touch up paint. Otherwise the bed is awesome!

Great price. It was hard to assemble. It’s a great bed for the price.

We took all of the pieces out of the 6 boxes in order to make sure we had all of the parts only to find in the very last box that we had a cracked part. Now, we have a pile of pieces and our kids are sleeping on their mattresses on the floor. When I tried calling, there was no one answering customer service and no option to order the replacement part.All of the individual pieces look great and we have put together the bottom drawers which are deep and look beautiful. However, they're no good without the rest of the bunkbed.

Some of the wood materials are not as sturdy as I would like, but they have been holding up thus far. When assembling I had one part break off while tightening a bolt. Otherwise it has held up to my 4 and 2 year olds climbing all over it.

It was easy to assemble, looks great, really like the stairs and plenty of storage.

Just received and opened one box to check the color. I asked in the questions if it was gray and 2 customers responded yes, so I decided to purchase. Now I have 6 huge boxes sitting in my 3rd floor apartment and I’m trying to decide whether or not to attempt to put together because it is definitely NOT gray. It is a muddy brown color and the finish is smooth and shiny. Nothing like the “washed” finish in the advertisement. Top wood is my gray furniture, bottom wood is a piece of the bed. I’m super bummed!
