Size:Large PediFix EZ Mornings Plantar Fasciitis Nighttime Stretching Splint Large. The PediFix EZ Mornings Heel Relief Stretching Splint relieves heel pain caused by Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis . The heel free design is cool and comfortable. Heel pain is most often related to strain or microscopic tears of the ' Plantar Fascia ' ligament on the bottom of the foot that connects the heel to the toes. Achilles Tendonitis has similar origins that cause lower calf pain. This unique Stretching Splint helps relieve pain from both these conditions. The EZ Mornings Stretching Splint maintains ligaments and tendons in a 'stretched' position throughout the night, so morning pain is dramatically reduced, and healing proceeds faster. Adjustable stretch. Sizing is approximate. Small fits shoes sized 5-9, Large fits 9+. One Splint sold individually.

Just Ok
My Podiatrist told me to buy this due to my plantar fasciitis. I did, it was a bit pricey, but I was desperate for help since I was in a lot of pain and could barely walk. My first night wearing it, it made my foot really hot and I kicked it off in my sleep. You have to wear it when you are resting your foot. Seems every night thereafter, I kicked it off my foot in my sleep because it just kept making my foot sweaty and hot and I could not bear the discomfort. I ended up purchasing some special orthopedic inserts for my shoes made by Dr. Scholl's. I went into my local CVS store and stood on their machine, had them measure how I bear my weight on my feet. Then the machine told me which inserts to buy. Instead of purchasing them for more money in the drug store, I found the Dr. Scholl's Ortho inserts here on amazon. Saved me some $ and was able to get free shipping on them. I honestly would try the shoe inserts first before you waste your money on a splint that suffocates your foot.

Too much pressure on the toes that ends in numbness
Pulls toes to a point of numbness. I bought this boot with the hopes of relieving stress on my foot. I ended up with a boot that puts pressure on my toes that results in reduced blood flow to the tips of my toes. Don't buy it. Buy a boot that has open toes and pulls from the sides of the foot.

Doesn't work for Achilles Tendon stretching
This product may be OK for Plantar Fasciitis, because it bends your toes toward you (makes them really sore) and probably stretches the tendon running along the bottom of the foot, but it was advertised to also stretch the Achilles Tendon, which is what I need since rupturing mine and going through surgery. I am trying to modify it so that it pulls more around the ball of the foot and actually stretches the AT, but so far, can only get it to bend my toes and make them hurt. Not worth the money I spent definitely.

Useless Fail Non-refundable
Because the cuff at the ankle is Neoprene, no stretch can be achieved. The cuff gives away the tension created, and becomes futile. If the cuff were a padded, but firmer material, like the toe piece, this could work. It is a non-refundable item, so you are throwing money away by purchasing it.

Poor quality, not returnable.
It has a sloppy fit unless your foot is 6 inches wide. And the calf cuff is huge. It is useless to me (size 10 foot And muscular calf) and the item isn’t returnable. Seller was BIGFLY and they have a no return policy. There should be better products available at a lower cost.

Two Stars
The sock fell short of the stretching as I had hoped.

Allows plantar fascitiis to heal in the night properly.
This is such a help in keeping your foot in a position that allows healing of plantar fasciitis so that you don't tear the healing that has happened during the night.

Not a great purchase
This book is not the most comfortable item to wear. Like previous reviewers, I found it was hot and made my toes numb. But it did keep my Achilles’ tendon stretches and helped some with my tendonitis. Honestly? I ended up cutting off quite a large chunk of the toe part off. This help release some of the tension off the toes and put the stress on the ball off the foot, which was slightly more comfortable. It also made wearing it less hot the feet. Not a great purchase. Get a boot. Worth the money.
