The cover is the hard and the paper stock feels odd. The stock does have some weight to it, but it is not smooth writing paper. My entire variety of pens and pencils feel odd on the paper. The inks do not, however, leak through the page. My expectations must have been too high. I thought it would be more like a Moleskine copy, but it is not.

I love this! It has a sturdy cover, nice heavyweight pages (pen doesn't show through), an elastic that holds it closed, and a built in bookmark. There's also a small pocket in the back. I'm using it to track my garden. It's sturdy, and seems just as good as more expensive brands like M***sk**ne. I'd recommend it! It's a good value.

The cover is gorgeous, nice and stiff. It won't get damaged when thrown in your bag.The inside pages are to think for any kind of art pens. Hell even regular pens show through the other side. This book is only good for pencils or other very dry mediums.I wouldn't reccomend if you're looking for a pen sketchbook or blank bullet journal.

The notebook is very stylish and offers just what you want from a notebook: hardcover with vivid colors and superb paper quality (soft pages, great to write with ball pens, pencils, markers, or fountain pens). The best: it offers quality at a great price (almost half the price of a Moleskine, for instance).

Great size and paper thickness. My only complaint is that the pages do not seem to hold ink real well. No matter how long the ink sits on the page, it always seems to smudge and smears when I try to add color. I am using a Pilot Prera and only color with Arteza colored pencils.

My daughter love to draw in diary books while in the car but it is almost impossible to find unlined journals so when I found these I ordered 12. The colors are really nice and the books are sturdy. I highly recommend

I have been using this journal as a journal and to-do list for a few weeks now. I love it. I honestly can't think of any way it could be better.

This book has many pages and love the elastic band to hold where one was last on. This was also a gift.
