Bad picture quality + very big for child parties
We are having a baby shark 2nd birthday and thought these would be great. The hats are huge for a 2y/o and the picture quality is fuzzy and extremely faded. You'd be better off just getting colorful child-size party hats elsewhere.

Cute but big
They are very cute just too big for little kids. Grandson's 2nd birthday party and kids were 2 to 4 yrs old - the hats were huge on them

Poor quality
Poor quality. The colors were poor and looked like they had been made with a copier that needed ink/toner refill. The paper itself was flimsy and tore easily. The bands also were not sturdy.
